There is nothing worse than the prospect of buying a car. La Habra Motors was recommended to my husband and I by a friend who said she would never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. In March we went and we were amazed at the friendly customer service, no pressure sales tactic(s) and most of all by the unbeatable prices. Always the cynic when it comes to any large purchase, I waited three (3) months to write a review in case "something happens......". Well we are as happy today with the car, as we were on the day we bought it. I can honestly say that I too will never purchase another vehicle elsewhere (we will also refer all family and friends as their car needs arise). From sales-to-finance-to-service, La Habra Motors has a great team who truly has the best interest of the customer at heart. For years, I thought that customer service was a dying art, Well it isnt at LaHabra Motor!

She was telling me unnecessary stories about her online relationships and making rude comments about me. She will belittle you because she wants to make herself feel better about her own life, so I would probably suggest another salesman...

"Great Experience, Buying High-end Car"

I am a small business owner and I have very little patience with Dealerships / the car buying experience. I test drove a car very easily at my first visit. I was impressed with Jimmy, he did not pressure me, or anything. He understood that if I wanted to buy the car, I would certainly tell him, and he respected the fact that I wanted to drive a few other cars before making my decision. They did not "hound" me, or pressure me, which was such a relief. A week later I went back and told them I wanted to Purchase the car after I had it inspected, and they agreed without any issues. I bought a Range Rover Sport Supercharged from Jimmy and Angie. It was a very seamless transaction, and was done very fast. I have 2 Small children (1, and 4), and car buying with kids can be very painful, however, they made it very easy. I would highly recommend La Habra Motors to anyone. The only Items I did not put 5 Stars was the "facilities". I have been to many dealerships that are much nicer, however, I think with their "average Facilities", they can offer much better prices than the 5 star dealerships. Best, Bob - Long Beach

"I Had A Very Good Experience At La Habra Motors "

I live in Thousand Oaks. CA. and needed a used vehicle ASAP because my son totalled his car and needed a car to get back and forth to school. I searched for 3 days before I found the 2006 Hyunda Elantra that La Habra Motors advertised on autotraders.com. I spoke to a lady by the name of Maria. She was very nice. I told her that it would take me a few hours to get to her car lot, but I was coming to take a look at the Elantra. When I got there a man named Havy ( i think thats how you spell it) took me on a test drive and the car seemed okay. So I bought it and signed the "as is" purchase agreement. Their was a little confusion with getting the paper work together because I bought the car under my corporate name, but we worked through it. Finally my son met me at the dealer and drove the car home. The next day he tried to play his CD and his CD got stuck in the disc drive. He tried rolling down the left passenger door window but it did not work...Needless to say , I was not happy about that. But I called Havy and said : I know I signed the "as is" purchase agreement for the car but would you mind taking a look at these items for me please. He was soooo nice! He said that he would and repaired the items quickly. I am very happy with the service that I received from Havy and Maria! They were very friendly and nice to me and my son. The owner/manager ( I didnt catch his name ) was very friendly too! I Am Happy that I had a good experience with this company :-) This is my first time buying a used car. And I think I would purchase from them again...

I had a great experience with La Habra Motors. I even went to their repair shop to check out my car cause I heard a little noise and they checked out my car for free even after I went over my 1k Dealer warrenty. Over all Great service and I will come back again if I need another car in the future.
