Very disorganized dealer, changing number after finishing the deal, play games, Never go there, their cars loss more 40% of it value the minute you walk away from the dealer, and good luck if you are going to use their services, they will tell you will get free oil change first time and when you got there, they said sorry its expired ( even before the service light turns on on the dash board) Very complicated buying process, they use a lot of pressure to make you buy the car. Many employees worked there for short time and leave ( no wonder why!!!!!)

I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer. I purchased a high end used car from them. The car was shipped to me by the dealer and arrived with damage that was not visible on the car when purchased and not visible on the pictures of the car posted on their website. The dealer has refused to honor its responsibilities to pay for repairs to damage done either at the dealership or by the shipper it hired. The general manager has consistently failed to communicate, follow up or acknowledge the dealers responsibility to deliver the car in the condition it was in when purchased. Would you buy a used car from this dealer....no, not again.

I went there to buy a lancer es Ivan Alvarez Help me I knew going in I had credit issues I explain to him and he said that he will work hard to get me finance. and he did it was just to expensive due to high interest, but I was glad Ivan and his boss give me a change. and other options instead on pressuring to buy and pay high interest. I found someone to sing with me and we have already been approve I just need to go this weekend to pick up the car. Im so exited :)
