My current 335i was purchased at Peter Pan BMW. I drove into the dealership just because it was on the way. I did not even have a specific car from their selection in mind. I was very fortunate to get matched up with Eugene M. because it was easy sailing for me from there. He set down with me and had me talk for five minutes about cars Ive owned, cars I like to drive and my lifestyle. He then pretty much took me by the hand and led me to my next car. It wasnt the most expensive car or the newest on the lot. It was simply his take on the right car for me, based on what I told him about myself. That determination was spot on. Its rare that you get to deal with a sales person who is not only willing to listen but is also able to make a recommendation based on what youve told him, rather than what he wants to hear. After the car was picked out, he called in to have the keys brought out and I was off to my test drive within a couple minutes. Once my mind was made up, he made sure that my time spent in their Finance office was in the most efficient way. The rest of the transaction took less than 25 minutes. My total time spent at the dealership was under an hour. I love this type of efficiency. I did some customary haggling and Eugene was willing to accommodate me within reason without those annoying and intelligence – insulting trips to "see the manager". My car happen to have only one key. Eugene ranged to have a second key made and sent to my home address at no charge which was a really nice touch. He was also able to educate me on some of the lesser-known nuances about leasing specific types of vehicles which I was unaware of. To the point where I know my next BMW will be a lease, for the first time in my life.
