I got a Lexus GS460 new from Beverly Hills Jim Falk Lexus. The deal came with complimentary service after 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles. When I got the car I was assured that the first 2 services will cost $0. In the 5,000 miles service the service sales person tried to push a "recomended" additional services of up to $1,000. I declined and requested to do only the dealers required service. At 10,000 my wife took the car and I warned her that the dealer will try to convince her with recomended services and she should decline them all and request only the basic required service. The service sales man advised her that she needs to do an additional service of around $300 otherwise there will be problems with the car. She agreed at first but after she called me and I said that it is just the regular practice of the dealer to charge more she called to cancel the added service and was confirmed that the customer service will advise the service deparrtment not to do the service. Of course when she picked up the car she was charged with the full amount

They tried to say I couldnt use a credit union but once I told them the CU would cut the check the same day they allowed me to do this. If not, they would have charged me 2.99% apr, instead of the 1.99% I got from the CU. which would have turned out to be around $2K... So just confirm first. People were awesome, very accommodating especially seeing as I had to fly in to get the car.

If haft star available, I would choose that. Bought car for more than 3 months without license plate arrive. Call dealer to follow up and left tons of message to DMV specialist, Sale manager. They are not even care to give customer a call back for status. This is a very poor customer service at this dealer. Once you buy the car, you are on your own. you need to stand in line at DMV for 2 hours to find out the status of your registration. I hope the owner of the dealer read my message.

Based on two listings on Cars.com (and identical listing on another site) we went to Jim Falk Lexus. The car we saw was not a Prius Four as listed and, btw, was not Metallic Blue as listed. It was a black Prius Three. The sales manager blamed cars.com saying they changed the information about the car and used stock pictures. I dont think either one of those things is true. The apology was half-hearted, to say the least and the dealer did not take any responsibility for the misinformation.

Bottom line, they had a specific car that I wanted in stock. The two salesmen that I dealt with were indifferent and unfriendly. Felt like they had no interest in making a sale. From the moment I sent in an inquiry, I received great customer service. Betsy from Internet sales was quick to reply, and very kind and courteous. Jack, from the sales team on the floor was attentive to help, and financing was easy as 1, 2, 3. My only critique of Jim Faulk Lexus of Beverly Hills would be the parking situation. Theyre currently remodeling their parking structure so you have to vallet your car, and then drive to another location (5 minutes away) to see their used car lot. Other than that, I give them a high recommendation.

I travelled 30 miles to buy the car I was interested in, halfway to the dealer I received a text from the salesman that he had to leave and gave me another salesman`s name.After waiting at the reception for more than ten minutes for the salesman I was casually asked by another person what car I was waiting to see. Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills has scattered lots for new and used cars. You need to drive to some to see a car that is stored in a basement parking lot. Not enough light to see that good a car you want to buy. Of course, they can drive it out for you to see and drive. However, after a few tries, that gets to be tiring for both parties. Dont deal with Aron, the Internet Manager. He is a sarcastic and unprofessional person. He should not be in the business at all. They claim to be the second largest seller of used cars in the Western United States. If they are, they wont be too long. I found out better deals for both used and new cars with other Lexus dealers. Other bigger dealerships are using the same approach by researching the market and adjusting their prices. You can get a better deal out there!

Bought a certified 2010 RX350. Dealer is pet friendly (fiances), provides complimentary hot and cold beverages, internet, free valet parking. Douglas was straight-forward and honest. Minor complaints: -loan approval process seemed lengthy (~1 hour), staff was very friendly though (Bianca?). Perhaps the time to close is the norm but I wouldnt know since this was my first purchase.
