"Overcharged For Service That Is Not A Requirement"
I got a Lexus GS460 new from Beverly Hills Jim Falk Lexus. The deal came with complimentary service after 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles. When I got the car I was assured that the first 2 services will cost $0. In the 5,000 miles service the service sales person tried to push a "recomended" additional services of up to $1,000. I declined and requested to do only the dealers required service. At 10,000 my wife took the car and I warned her that the dealer will try to convince her with recomended services and she should decline them all and request only the basic required service. The service sales man advised her that she needs to do an additional service of around $300 otherwise there will be problems with the car. She agreed at first but after she called me and I said that it is just the regular practice of the dealer to charge more she called to cancel the added service and was confirmed that the customer service will advise the service deparrtment not to do the service. Of course when she picked up the car she was charged with the full amount

"No Very Good After Sale Car Set Up."
The guy assigned to set up my new car & familiar us to the car did a vet poor job. I took my new car to another Lexus dealer to re-set up the car.

They tried to say I couldnt use a credit union but once I told them the CU would cut the check the same day they allowed me to do this. If not, they would have charged me 2.99% apr, instead of the 1.99% I got from the CU. which would have turned out to be around $2K... So just confirm first. People were awesome, very accommodating especially seeing as I had to fly in to get the car.

"Horrible Place To Buy Car"
If haft star available, I would choose that. Bought car for more than 3 months without license plate arrive. Call dealer to follow up and left tons of message to DMV specialist, Sale manager. They are not even care to give customer a call back for status. This is a very poor customer service at this dealer. Once you buy the car, you are on your own. you need to stand in line at DMV for 2 hours to find out the status of your registration. I hope the owner of the dealer read my message.
"Information Listed Online Is Not Accurate"
Based on two listings on Cars.com (and identical listing on another site) we went to Jim Falk Lexus. The car we saw was not a Prius Four as listed and, btw, was not Metallic Blue as listed. It was a black Prius Three. The sales manager blamed cars.com saying they changed the information about the car and used stock pictures. I dont think either one of those things is true. The apology was half-hearted, to say the least and the dealer did not take any responsibility for the misinformation.
"Mixed Bag Experience... Mostly Not Great."
Bottom line, they had a specific car that I wanted in stock. The two salesmen that I dealt with were indifferent and unfriendly. Felt like they had no interest in making a sale. Several email / text inquiries were not responded to. The one person who was wonderful was Alisha in Internet Sales. She was responsive and friendly and helped facilitate the negotiations. If not for her, I would have gone elsewhere.
"Top Quality Dealership"
From the moment I sent in an inquiry, I received great customer service. Betsy from Internet sales was quick to reply, and very kind and courteous. Jack, from the sales team on the floor was attentive to help, and financing was easy as 1, 2, 3. My only critique of Jim Faulk Lexus of Beverly Hills would be the parking situation. Theyre currently remodeling their parking structure so you have to vallet your car, and then drive to another location (5 minutes away) to see their used car lot. Other than that, I give them a high recommendation.

Everyone I dealt with at Jim Falk Lexus went waaaaayyyy above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my schedule to lease my IS250. Not only did they expedite the paperwork, but they arranged to meet us right at opening time on a Saturday to accommodate my tight schedule, and got us out by 11am as we needed! Throughout the whole experience, everyone was extremely professional and pleasant even with my tight schedule. I would definitely return to Jim Falk Lexus, and highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!

I travelled 30 miles to buy the car I was interested in, halfway to the dealer I received a text from the salesman that he had to leave and gave me another salesman`s name.After waiting at the reception for more than ten minutes for the salesman I was casually asked by another person what car I was waiting to see. He then informed me that he had sold the car just moments ago, A blatant lie as he had been seated there all the time, then the salesman showed up and more lies.I felt like I was in a persian bazaar not a beverley hills lexus dealership.If the text would have disclosed the car had miraculously been sold I would have just turned around but this was just callow.I have travelled to maui over thirty times and seen the same dealership there, there is no ALOHA just sleaze.

There is not much negotiation space for a CPO car, but you can have great deals on new cars. The dealer who sells the car to us is Bijan. He is helpful with our concerns and willing to calculate different costs as our potential options. I would recommend him to my friends.

I purchased a GX from them over the internet and have been impressed by the professionalism and the outstanding communication I have received from their internet salesperson- Adimika!! I purchased the car sight-unseen and all of my initial concerns of purchasing a car this way were "laid to rest". I am confident I am getting the car as advertised at a very reasonable price. I am having it shipped up to my home in the state of Washington from California. I would recommend them to anyone. It truly has been a great buying experience!!!!

Called first to check, then drove almost 2 hours to find out that the sales person made a mistake; the rx450h advertised on cars.com were supposedly just sold, and had another car pushed on me. Guessed common tactic to get customer into their dealership. Wanted to check with the Manager, the guy had the look and attitude of "how dare you waste my time". Is it because its Beverly Hill? Whatever... Dont waste your time.

Very easy buying experience. Our salesperson Huey was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and fun to be with. Had a bad experience the manager Robert. He was disrespectful and couldnt be bothered to leave his office to clear up some questions regarding our trade in. The facility is in urgent need of a remodel but the staff does seem very professional.

This is a very substandard dealership with an uneducated staff that is not very helpful. This dealership is all about the money and not customer service. Any Lexus dealership would be a better choice than this one. It is an embaressment to Lexus that a dealership like this even exists.

I consider myself a Fortunate man, for having been taken care at LEXUS by Mr. Enrique Carvajal. I met Enrique at Lexus Santa Monica, in May 2010, when I had a GS 350. Enrique showed me then an IS 250 C, which I consider, so far, the Best Car Ive ever had: the shape; the size; open air choice; the impeccable drive; etc., etc. As I wish to continue with an IS 250 C, I wanted to know my options, and I contacted Enrique, who is now working in LEXUS of Beverly Hills. Once again, Enrique greeted me as a Special Customer, and offered me a 2013 IS 250 C which Im joyfully driving now. Mr. Carvajal is a pleasant, respectful, reliable, and efficient person, and surely LEXUS must be quite Fortunate to have him in its Team. Gustavo H. Vintas
"Not So Perfect"
Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills has scattered lots for new and used cars. You need to drive to some to see a car that is stored in a basement parking lot. Not enough light to see that good a car you want to buy. Of course, they can drive it out for you to see and drive. However, after a few tries, that gets to be tiring for both parties. Dont deal with Aron, the Internet Manager. He is a sarcastic and unprofessional person. He should not be in the business at all. They claim to be the second largest seller of used cars in the Western United States. If they are, they wont be too long. I found out better deals for both used and new cars with other Lexus dealers. Other bigger dealerships are using the same approach by researching the market and adjusting their prices. You can get a better deal out there!

Misleading! Drove two hours to see a car that I was told was available. After going for a test drive, deciding to purchase the car, the salesperson shaking my hand and congratulating me, I was told they could not sell me the car. They claim to be “all about the customerâ€â€¦what a joke that turned out to be. After my experience and reading the other reviews on the Internet, I’m surprised Lexus allows such actions and dissatisfaction from one of their dealers. Do yourself a favor and go to another Lexus dealer… NOT Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills!

Anthony Marshall was attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about his Lexus product. We found the process to be complete and friendly although it took longer than we would have preferred. Its been while since we bought a car so that perception could be tainted by our lack of current experience.

Bought a certified 2010 RX350. Dealer is pet friendly (fiances), provides complimentary hot and cold beverages, internet, free valet parking. Douglas was straight-forward and honest. Minor complaints: -loan approval process seemed lengthy (~1 hour), staff was very friendly though (Bianca?). Perhaps the time to close is the norm but I wouldnt know since this was my first purchase. Lounge helped. -the LCD tv in the lounge was grainy and not HD.

I holiday in the So. Cal desert and prefer to buy a car each year. The car that Morgan at Jim Falk Lexus sold me was just as he described - and I bought it sight unseen. I was impressed as I am very particular about the cars I drive. I would recommend this Lexus dealer, and I hope I am able to deal there again.

I was looking for a clean and low mileage certified Lexus for a long time. Honestly, cars from Jim Falk dealership always had better price and condition rather than others. After I got there these guys never pushed me to buy something they just provide bunch of information and let me to decide. However these guys are tight on prices but buying process happened in a jiffy :)

The sales rep tried to push another car that I wasnt interested in and never listened to a word I said. Once he realized I was only going to buy the car I wanted he basically ended the conversation because they didnt have any in stock. Mind you, this was during their big Dec. sales event and they were trying to move as many cars as possible. Worst overall car buying experience Ive encountered. Take your business elsewhere.

Wow! Dont know what else to say. Dealing with the people at Jim Falk Lexus was probably the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. They price their preowned cars super competively..just search and youll see. Morgan at the dealer is a superb person and would highly recommend asking for him when you go. Parking is a bit difficult at first, but they do offer free valet that I found out about later.
