"Customer Service In The Service Dept."
Let me just say first, I bought two vehicles from this dealership in 2012, CASH, around $90,000 total. You would think they would have service men dealing with customers on a daily basis would have RESPECT for customers. No, one service man, "not sure if hes the service Mgr" but I think he might be, is the RUDEST, man Ive EVER dealt with in my life. Long story short, I asked for My vehicles History Repair report and He told me I had NO right to it, and EMBARRASSED me in front of their staff. Number one, I have asked for that same exact report from two other Dodge Dealerships and they said customers have a Legal right to ANY reports about services done to their vehicles. He had been very Rude to me before, and I guess I shouldnt have been shocked, but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and If I HAD EVER spoke to a customer in that manner I would have lost my job on the spot. I will NEVER step foot in that Dealership again. I wrote an Email to the GM, and I am writing reviews on every car review website out there. I am telling anyone I know who lives in the Pleasanton area "I lived there for 10 years" to NEVER go there to buy or service their cars.

I came to Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge to purchase a used car. They did not have what I wanted. Reza and Bryan brought me inside to find a used car I wanted. Once I walked into the showroom I fell in love with the 2017 Chrysler 300s Hemi. Reza and Bryan did everything for me. Stoneridge is an amazing dealer ship to work with. Very professional, willing to go the extra mile, will make you feel like a part of the Stoneridge family. Hands down this is my one and only dealership I will ever come to. I came to repair my old car and I met a nice guy in the waiting room and after talking for few minutes he showed me a new car and showed me with the same payment on my old car i can get into a new car, The rest was easy. thank you hamid

I have bought many cars in my life, and for the first time I tried internet shopping, 5 dealers responded to me but the fastest and with email and the phone call was from Stoneridge jeep. Hamid invited me for a test drive, I took the whole family and the service was so great I bought the car right there.

"The Worst Customer Service"
Dont waste your time going here. When you get there, they treat you like royalty. Once you have purchased a car, they dont care and will treat you like you dont exist. They make false promises, even if you have a due bill. They need to hire competent employees such as their finance department. They tell you one thing and do another. Ive never bought a car anywhere and basically been treated this way. I had to come back twice to get something fixed. I live almost two hours away and I value my time. They think I must have no life and think I can just come whenever. They also think just filling up my tank will make up for the damn inconvenience that they put me through. I should have bought the original car I wanted in San Jose and I would have never been treated this way! I never ever fill these things out but I felt I had to this time! We are customers and we shouldnt be treated like crap just because they already got a sale!!!
"Dont Follow Through On Their Promises"
This car dealership ONLY cares about the sale. They dont give a crap about their clients. They promised us several things that they will not do. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them ever again and I will tell my friends and family never to buy from them as well.
"Horrible Communication"
I seen a car posted by this dealership. I inquired about it using the online form provided by the site I was on. Shortly after, someone from the dealership called me to let me know the vehicle was still available and we set up a time two days after for me to come down from lake county (2.5hrs away) to test drive, and possibly buy. The next day, one day before my appointment to drive the vehicle, I called asking if I could come down today instead of tomorrow to look at that vehicle. Without looking up anything in their system they said sure, come on down. So I asked my mom to come with me because Im most likely going to buy this car and I needed her to drive my truck home for me. I finally show up after driving 2 and a half hours to get the car Ive been searching for and it turns out they sold it the same day they called me to tell me it was available. Even after setting up an appointment with me to drive the car. One might think that if you schedule an appointment for someone to view a car and you sell it out from under them, it would be common courtesy to call the individual you made the appointment with and inform them the vehicle is no longer available. Not just that though, like I said, I called the next day and asked if I could come look at that car specifically. Its at this point I was mad because the person who told me come on down didnt take the time to look that vehicle up and tell me its not available, and rather waste 5 hours out of my day to drive down and look at a car thats not even there. Absurd. Then when I tried telling them how frustrating this situation is, they shrugged it off as to say, so what, and asked if I was interested in anything else. Absolutely not. I wouldnt spend a dime with this company, ever.
"Horrible Phone Correspondence."
Tried calling multiple times. It was not priced and had to call to get the price. They took down my name and number and said theyll call me back within 5-10 minutes. I repeated this process with 3 different salesman.
"New Jeep Purchase"
When I arrived to buy the jeep we had discussed Jim P simply asked, "is this the one?"he didnt change anything. He didnt try to upsale me on different options. He didnt change the price at all. He just got me the jeep I wanted, at the price we discussed when hed agreed it would be ready. Made the buying experience easy.

I came to get my car serviced at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The repairs were too much as my old van was 11 years old and had over 140,000 miles on it. I have had my vehicle serviced here for years and always left feeling happy and safe. The folks at the dealership are great to work with. I arrived at 7:30 am and was greeted by the Internet Sales Mgr. a Mr. Jim Povio. When he introduced himself I was surprised that a Sales Mgr. was in so early in the day. After he escorted me to my service writer he got me a cup of tea. When I learned that my old van was dying I asked to speak to Jim again. Once I told Jim of my situation he said "follow me". We went out side and looked at minivans. After a presentation and a test drive we went inside to talk and finish our tea. To make this a bit shorter, I purchased a new van and am delighted. I am so satisfied with the trade I value and the price of my new van that I am going to send my sister in to see Jim. I look forward to my next visit to Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge and to see my new friend Jim Povio. Thank you Jim Best Regards Marsha
