I found a vehicle that i wanted to buy online through this dealer. Told them i couldnt make it down til the following morning. I gave them a deposit to hold the vehicle. I called the next morning first thing. 30 mins before they opened to give them a heads up i was on my way. Come to find out they sold it after i put the deposit. I was already halfway there. Then as soon as they found out i was military they started treating me like dirt.this place is highly unprofessional and doesnt respect any service members. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My wife found a beautiful clean low mileage vehicle we were looking for. We called on the vehicle and spoke to the sales rep Sam Massoud. We told him we were interested in this particular vehicle and we had spoffy credit. He said to fill out a credit app online and he would let us know what they could do for us. About an hour later, he called back and said they could get us into the vehicle with our down. We made an appointment for Sunday at 11am. He came in on his day off and we arrived at 11am and he was waiting for us. We walked over to where he had put the vehicle and checked it out. WE liked it, and did the paperwork with Chris the finance manage. We were on the road with it in about 90 minutes in all. Very happy with the purchase. They even called us and told us he was able to lower our payment. WE went back the next day, resigned at a lower rate and less payment, and were on our way. Thank you R&B., Chris Goddin, and Sam Massoud. You both helped us out immensely and we couldnt be happier. Will tell all our friends about you.

I was looking for a used car on CL, thinking I wouldnt be able to get financed for a used car at a dealership because of my poor credit history and unfortunate repossession in 2009. But I gave it a shot and ended up leaving with my 2005 Honda civic (: All thanks to the financing man and KRISTA MOYER. My car died. I found a truck that I like on-line. I went out to R & B at 6:30pm on a Friday night. I was driving away with my Ford F250 at 8:00pm! 90 minutes to buy a car! Never in my life has it gone that quick! Truck runs great. No problems. I recommend them.

I was looking forward to buying a car from R&B since they were a local car dealer Id heard good reviews from and seen around for many many years. However, I was sorely surprised. The customer service was HORRIFIC!!!!!!! They quoted different prices constantly, they lied to my face and said there was a spare tire (it took three for me to convince them to at least look at the car only to find that I was right - there was no spare!), they refused to give me all of the discounts promised online and on their business cards, the associate we worked with refused to work with us until he was prepared - and ended up being constantly late, THEN he had the audacity to ask my husband in their language of spanish (which I do speak even though I am of no hispanic culture) if he was with me for my familys money! And if that wasnt ENOUGH they called back the same day and suggested that my father who was our cosigner had an expired license and demanded the car back immediately until they were given a new ID. THE FINANCE MANAGER YELLED AT THE ASSOCIATE THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO NEEDED TO RE-CHECK MYSELF only to be called back five minutes later and apologize for the mix-up. AND if that wasnt enough, they didnt have us fill out the paperwork "correctly" and made us come back in a week later to completely revise the contract!!!!!!! And a month later they send me an email congratulating me on my new car, and named a completely different make, model and EVERYTHING! It wasnt even the same body style! Theyre absolutely unprofessional and not at all well put together. Im disgusted with the way I was treated and with the product they gave me. After four months I traded in their product on another car at a different dealership. Now I find it ironic theyre asking for a good review - but I will not tell a lie. I did not have a good experience at their place of business. I will NEVER go back to that sorry excuse of a car dealership. Neither will I EVER suggest anyone go there.
