The staff of Garden State Honda Passaic were so helpful. They were awesome! They took care of us very well. Juan Carlos De Jesus was the person who helped me and he was very helpful and fun at the same time. He entertained us while we were waiting for the processing of the car I was buying. He answered all of the questions we asked him with every detail needed. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Also, I will definitely come back for the next car I will be buying. My experience with Garden State Honda started with Julio, (call center), which he had a very nice deposition. Upon walking into the dealer ship I was greeted by a man later to find out Rolando Polanco (Manager) with a warm and up beat attitude. I then proceeded to tell him what I was looking for so I got a lovely Sales lady named Maria Morales. Not only did she have the patience with me but trusted that I knew how to drive a stick. Her knowledge about cars and her professionalism was exactly what I needed to purchase the vehicle that I was looking for. I then met with Ed Gorham (General Sales Manager), with that said, because of the great team that they have at Garden State Honda in Passaic NJ, I left with my Gorgeous Honda Accord Coupe. I just purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from Garden State Honda in Passaic. The experience couldnt have been better unless maybe I got a free car. I saw the car online, called to make sure it was there and that it was exactly as advertised...it was. I worked with Maria M. She was a pleasure to deal with and extremely professional. We sat with the equally friendly and professional manager and agreed on a fair price. Within 1hour of seeing this car online the car was purchased, papers filled out and I was on my way back home. Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Howard and told him I had seen the car that I was interested in the day before on a Sunday when they were closed I told him I would like to purchase it for the price I saw it advertised for and would like to leave a deposit for it over the phone with a credit card and he said no need just come in that day and he would hold it.I called and spoke to Pedro the salesmen and said I was on my way and he said great when I arrived they had already sold it and then tried to sell me something else instead.I would not recommend this dealer to anyone they are not honest.
