Everything was great, I hope at least. I am unable to check if the service was completed as I was told it was. I received a video message where the tech said "nothing too important here, everything looks pretty good, see you for your next oil change". People in service were professional, the only thing I would say went wrong is that on my bill they say they vacuumed the car and the car wasnt vacuumed. So, that wasnt a good sign.

When I went to York Kia, I only had intentions of looking at the new models. I instantly fell in love with the new Sorento and my sales person worked with me to find a model that fit my lifestyle and budget. Plus this was all without a pressuring, tacky sales tactic. Two business days later, Im driving off the lot with a new car. I was a GM (Chevy) customer for the last four cars over the last 30 years. Ill not go back as long as York Kia is selling cars. I have been a customer of the York dealership since 1999, they are a no pressure, no hassle dealership. I recently purchased my 4th car from them, where I continued to receive excellent customer service. Henry Collins was very informative and he was answering very question of mine patiently. He was attentive to my needs, and he was able to give me different alternatives to meet them. He did this without pressure or intimidation, which you find with some salespeople. He help me get want I wanted while keeping the price down. Henry and Erin also worked together so I could take the car home the same day. When I left there I felt good about the purchase without a doubt. But it doesnt stop there. I have been a customer for 17 years & I returned not just because of the Kia brand but because of the dealership. I can tell you in the 17 years I never had one complaint, never encountered an unpleasant member of their staff. I have never felt that I was taken advantage of or overcharged. Even after my warranty expires I continued to get service there because it was always a pleasure doing business at York. You will get 1st class service from the sales staff, administrative staff & service/repair department. York takes the stress out of buying and owning a car.

"Very Poor Gas Mileage But Runs Good"
I brought it in last March because of poor gas mileage. The service mgr sold me on a KIA $199 service which I was told would fix the problem, it didnt. After emailing and Facebook messaging York KIA about my disappointment and not even getting a reply I called another KIA dealership. I spoke to the service manager that I know who told me not to waste my money that there is no fix. I had to take my car in for the 15000 service and was happy to see the previous service manager was gone. In my case honesty would have made a loyal customer. I do have to say that so far the car runs good but the mileage is more driving an SUV.

I went with a friend car shopping last weekend. We had used the cars.com app to pull up Kia dealers relatively in close proximity. Up popped York Kia of Medford and we headed over to check out what they had going on. From the first moment we entered the dealership all the way to leaving that day, we had a great experience. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase just because we were there. My friend found a Sorento that was just perfect for her!! It was so great to know we were being informed throughout the entire process. These guys are very honest and trustworthy. My friend, who is not an impulse buyer at all, actually purchased the car that very day. Whats even better is my friend knows she has a dealership she can visit for all her service knowing she will be taken care of.
