"Great Dealership"

WOW where do I start?? After a horrific experience at Toyota Huntington, we decided to go to GMC and look at the Arcadia Limited. We had the pleasure of working with Vic who was more than professional, accommodating, and courteous to us. Every person in that show room could not do enough for us, weather you were their customer or not! The manager Kevin was terrific. He worked with us and went above and beyond just as Vic did. We were prepared to lease 1 vehicle but after dealing with this dealership my husband decided to purchase a truck for himself. We knew we would need to do this some time in the future but we could not pass up the deal they offered him so we decided to go for it. When I went to pick up my vehicle they gave me as a thank you a Kate Spade bracelet and wallet.(legit Kate spade) I almost fell over LOL. While we were there we had the opportunity to meet the owner Patrick.What a down to earth guy. On the wall there is a sign that says something to the effect that if your unhappy or concerned about anything he wants to know and he gives you his email address. Now thats customer service. I love driving the Arcadia.It has so many bells and Whistles. Thanks Vic, Kevin and Patrick for a wonderful experience. See you in 3 years for another GMC vehicle!!

"Poor Coustomer Service"

I went today at the sun Buick gmc dealership to inquire about GMC Yukon . First of all when I entered at dealership nobody was there to greet you or even ask for any help. After roaming there I asked one person who was sitting in front about my car I need He walked away saying let me get u somebody But waiting for like 10 min nobody came so I left the dealership with bad experience.

"Best Car Buying Experience Ever!"

Lets start with the fact that Im almost 60 and have purchased/leased approx 25 cars in my life from dealers including Jaguar, Mercedes, Volvo, etc. I am currently leasing a Lexus from Rallye motors who is an excellent dealership as well. However, without a doubt the experience I had as SUN BUICK GMC absolutely transcends them all. I was looking for a GMC Terrain as a second car and had the good fortune of having Victor as my sales associate. All sales people know their cars, but his relaxed, no pressure attitude made myself and my family feel very comfortable. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure us into anything we werent comfortable with, we were treated with respect and sincerity. (If youre looking for the polar opposite of this, go visit Advantage Hyundai). We were quoted a price that was more than fair, and when some problems arose with the transaction through no fault of SUN, they (Including Joe in credit who also was great to deal with) adapted and handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Lastly, my wife and daughter needed to pick up the car, and were surprisingly given really nice gifts for being a customer. They seemed to be more excited about this, than the actual car. I have given SUN 5 stars because 6 was not an option. If anyone doubts the sincerity or honesty of this review, feel free to contact me directly and I would be happy to call you to discuss.

Everything was great work was done on time,employees were friendly except- - The intake rep called me by phone a few minutes after I dropped off the car and said he forgot to tell me the keyless remote would be $125.00 which was fine except when I picked up the car I was charged about $175.00. Not a good way to retain customers.
