So I just graduated from college and to admit i am one of those kids that left school with massive amounts of debt and horrible credit, so i shopped around from dealer to dealer trying to get a car nothing super expensive and not a lemon either but everywhere i went i would either get denied or as they say the dealership would try to beat me over the head with huge cost cause of my credit. Finally i ran across Kings Auto Show in Brooklyn so i explained to them my situation they helped me out and were able to get me a Nissan Altima which i love and now am driving everywhere.

Very poor customer oriented attitude at Brooklyn Mitsubishi dealership in New York City. Rude person Cheryl at Brooklyn Mitsubishi in NY will make your experience unforgettable. I bought a car and was supposed to receive a registration for it and license plate within 30 days. 30 days past by and now I can not drive my car legally because I do not have neither registration nor license plates. Transit registration has expired. Numerous calls to this dealership have only one answer " I have no control of it" from Cheryl (person in charge for DMV) . One person even told me that I have to deal with DMV on my own and this is totally insane. I paid money for everything and when I was buying the car I was promised that Brooklyn Mitsubishi will cover all paperwork and DMV, that I have nothing to worry about. This dealer never followed up with me and people who promised to call back never did. When I told them that I am going to complain publicly I was transferred to store manager George who said "You cant stop people from living negative reviews, if they what to do so, and if its make you feel better than do this". Is this an answer you want to hear from a store manager? My answer to you George is " it will not make me feel any better because my problem is not solved but at least people who will read it will know how you treat your customers". Everything can happen, but there is no need to be rude and unprofessional. You admit a fault and work with client to solve the problem. Now! Who is going to take responsibility for it? How do I solve this problem? When I can be legally driving my car again? Who will pay for my extra expenses?

I saw the car I liked online called and made an appointment. They were waiting for when me I got there. Jamaal was great he met me and brought me to the warehouse to see and drive the car. He put zero pressure on me and let the car and the internet price do the selling. It was the best priced model that I found with super low mileage. Being from CT there was some additional paperwork that needed to be done. Their efficient and polite document department did all of the work and sent the plates to me Federal Express. If you are looking for a used car you should definitely check out their inventory. Easy process nice people great cars. If you want a nice car with a great price I recommend the trip. They have a lot of really nice luxury cars as well as SUVs and non luxury models

Bought a nice vehicle from there and they were all about the sell with little interest paid to the customer service. I called before going there and set everything up and was told the car would be ready for me and I should be in and out quickly as I was going from CT. When I got there the vehicle wasnt ready and 4 hours later I was still waiting and trying to figure out all of the paperwork that I had already set up with them as the team on staff were not made aware.

I went to the service department initially to get a tire rotation done on my vehicle which it was due for. I was greeted and assisted by the lovely staff members, I did not have an appointment and they made the time to fit me into their busy schedule. I was so happy with the service I was able to find little things for my vehicle as well in the parts department which was very organized by the way. I will be returning to this service center for all my vehicles needs.

Overall, I am pleased with the service I received at Brooklyn Mitsubishi. I purchased a 2014 Acura RDX. But the sales process had a bit of a hiccup because of a misunderstanding about the price. I STRONGLY encourage people to read the fine print in the Cars.com ads and ask all of your questions prior to coming in. All of the prices listed for this dealer on Cars.com are based on the down payment amount and your credit score. Fortunately, we worked through the misunderstanding and I drove the car home last night at terms I could live with. I noticed a little issue with one of the rear brakes that I will address with the dealer. Other than those issues, I found everyone to be pleasant, courteous and professional. I would shop there again and recommend friends and family.

I saw a toyota camry 2014 black/black-66k .greeted nicely by the desk lady ... ask her for test drive she got me a sales person right away by the name of T.J. he was nice but felt he was shady by telling me that his manager wasnt there that he needed another manager across the street by the name of Chris was coming to talk to me. for a test drive ..like really??? anyways 40 mins to an hr wait time pass by and salesmen pretend to call chris in front of me. T.J assume and told chris in the call that i was gonna pay cash and all of the sudden lot was closed and there was no plate...couldnt u tell me that a bit earlier bro. time wasted and agrevated...u know what i take my money elsewhere ...u can save me $1000 And i wont take it. I been in customer service for over 8 years and thats horrible service. GM needs to be involve to know whats going on because you will loose money like that.by the way it was only 7 pm!!

My 2008 Lancer with the CVT transmission had over heating issue. We bought the car used from a private party. we discovered from the over heating problem,the transmission fluid was never changed. The service department took care of the problem and also took care of a couple factory recall notices for this car. . When all was completed, they washed our car ,picked me up at my hotel and sent us on our way. Friendly,knowledgeable and fast. Awesome. Thanks

I am from the midwest, found a low mileage sportscar at Brooklyn Mitsubishi on the internet, we agreed on the selling price if the car was in the condition as described ( showroom new ) , I arrived late with a truck and trailer, check in hand, ready to haul the car back home if it was in showroom condition. The car was just as they described. Even though it was closing time they offered to stay and load it that night if I wanted. I told them we could load in the morning. Shondell helped find a local motel, helped load the next morning, and even escorted me all the way back to the freeway. They have some NICE low mileage cars, my experience with the staff was great. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them.
