On my way out of town and called Dan Drinkwater to see if he could fit me in because my tire pressure light had come on for the third time in 10 Days. He had me come in first thing the next morning and had me in and out of there in time for me to make my trip to Rhode Island that morning. He was responsive, curtious, helpful and most of all quick. He has consistently taken great care of me over the years with honest and timely service.

The dealership seemed pleasant and attentive without high pressure sales environment which made the whole experience enjoyable. The most important part of the experience was having Josue Coronel as a sales person. He was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable about the Mercedes I had intended to buy. He was able to back up his knowledge with articles and videos of comparisons and he spent a huge amount of time patiently answering my questions about the BMW that I eventually bought and your dealership. He had to research some of my questions but he was always precise and detailed. I bought my car at your dealership because of the impeccable service I received that I didnt get at other dealerships we visited.

Your service advisors are excellent. Stan, Teresa, and the whole service team are all professional, cheerful, and knowledgeable. For example: You could have a car that catches some damage while in for service and how that Service Advisor presents the information will largely determine if the customer wigs out or accepts it and is happy with the proposed remedy. Your service advisors are the key to your happy service customers because theyre thorough, smart, follows up afterwards with phone and email to make sure nothing is out of whack and not to your liking.
