"What A Shame!!!!"
i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled out with lots of water due to heavy rain. I have taken my car to this dealership , and it was diagnosed as dispose pipe coming from sunroof to the bottom of the car was misplaced. I was told that this was not covered under warranty and was asked to pay $1000 so they can put the pipe back. I refused the charge and fix and i was charged $250 for diagnose. For those who get excited about cpo warranty, it basically covers nothing. If you have a Landrover, you need to live the fact that this luxury suv gets lot of water inside :) Any pipe may come out on this car and you may be faced $1000 for the fix (put the pipe back) There are thousand of complains about the same issue and no one including this dealer and Land Rover USA do care about the fix. This car may work in California, not in New York. What a shame!!!! Thank you Baris Alyanak
"Sad Experience - All Three Times"
I went to this dealer considering both the fleet and the historical reviews. Not sure if I was the chosen one to get such a treatment but it was sad. I drove there three times in a week, after call confirmation, spending a good $30-$40 on tolls each time. I had the same experience on all the three visits. The front desk lady didnt know who to direct me to and made me wait for 30 minutes when there was just 30 minutes left for that day. The second time I went I was told the car I was considering for a purchase has been sold but then there was no further discussion on possible options to consider. No customer retention. Third time I went to see two cars, the rep made us wait for an hour with no concern. I just stood there patiently. I got to see one car and when asked for the second I got an immediate an answer that its sold. I was not given any options again. I wrote back the next day asking the black car and I was told it should be available and will confirm. Now am not looking for a confirmation. I decided on a different make and it took me one visit and one hour to finalize on a car and wohoo I own a luxury car now.

Pete Williamson (salesman) gave me a call back in January as I had asked him to. I told him I would be in the market for a new car. He was able to get me out of my old Range Rover and into a brand new one with no money down and a lower monthly payment than my existing payment. The whole process was smooth. I did everything over the phone (credit app, insurance, etc). I came to pick up the vehicle the next day. Signed the paperwork and had my keys in less than 1 hour!!

Johann Berry is one of the most friendly and customer-oriented agents of Land Rover that I have ever met while owning this car. He checked in with me about every 1/2 hour to update me on the progress of my car, which was awesome. However, there only thing was that it took them over three hours to complete a standard 20,000 mile service. Otherwise, customer service was great!

I leased a Jaguar a year ago from this dealer, and having 30 years of car buying/leasing experience, I was thrilled with the expediency and no-nonsense professional approach I experienced. I experienced the same professionalism when I brought the car in for its annual service. As such, when a dear friend mentioned that he was interested in a Land Rover, I highly recommended and accompanied him to the dealer. We called to set up a meeting and they didnt have the model he wanted to see on the floor. Within an hour, they had one delivered for us to test drive. Unfortunately the Sport model he wanted with a third row seat simply was not large enough for his kids and he passed.
