My service rep Tim McIntosh was great. very helpful and friendly. the car loaner crew were also very easy to work with. But... When I returned at the end of the day, I stopped at the hut/kiosk to let the girl know what I was doing. She would not look away from texting on her phone, so after 20 seconds I drove forward without her even noticing me. Later when I was waiting for my car to be brought around, it was just me and her standing there waiting. She again was very busy texting and did not acknowledge me . I am not sure why it took so long for my car to car out, but the girl was zero help. There was a guy that worked the the little stand for the car drop off and he was much more helpful. My advice is take that girls cell phone away during work hours. In case you dont know who I am talking about, she has various tattoos, some on her hands. Otherwise I do not know her name. She did not have time to talk.

I love bringing my car to this dealership - the staff is friendly and customer service is top notch. I drop it off for maintenance and pick it up so fresh and clean. Im not sure if all the mini dealers have the PacMan arcade game, this one does and I love it! So make sure you make the Mini Dealer on 190th and Hawthorne your go to for the up keep on your Mini

After owning my MR2 for 17 years, I decided on buying a certified, pre-owned 128i after researching cars for a few years. As soon as I arrived at South Bay BMW, I was greeted by the smiling face of Client Advisor, Jamil Zaklit. I informed him that I wanted to see a car that was featured on the internet. Although that particular car did not suit my standards, we found another car that I purchased. I explained to Jamil that I did not want to haggle over the price and I did not want to play the usual negotiating games that are common in these types of transactions. I received the offer, I counter-offered and it was a done deal. Jamil was very professional and patient during the entire process. I had a good feeling about him from the start and he displayed professionalism, integrity and sincerity during the buying experience. He definitely wants to please his clients. Jamil emailed me that evening (and on two more occasions) to thank me for the purchase and he followed up with a phone call the next day to inform me that my floor mats were ready to be picked up (he installed them for me as well). Although I keep my cars for a very long time, I would not hesitate to purchase another one from Jamil. I would highly recommend Jamil to anyone looking for an honest, professional and genuinely kind person as their client advisor.

I have been a customer since 2005. My son just totalled my BMW but is alive because of the car he was riding in. Two broken arms, fractured pelvis, cuncussion, lascerations, bones in foot broken but alive. I went in to South Bay BMW looking for a 2008 to 2010 3 series, and walked out with a 2013 128 convertible. It was same size as my older 325, four years of service will pay for the difference in price. Driving 20000 to 30000 miles a year, and on Los Angeles freeways, I would be paranoid in any other vehicle not a BMW. Car is divine, but service is better. "Call my cell" was instruction from client advisor, even on his days off. Other employees remeber my face if not my name. Everyone pleasant from parts to service, to phone help. The same lovely service if you are buying a $20,000 car or nearer to $ 50,000 or more. Same lovely service if you come in with a ten year old car, for anything. FABULOUS.

We came to the lot looking to try out cars that would comfortably fit 2 tall parents and twin toddlers in car seats. The sales rep, Jamil Zaklit, was very patient and accommodating as we moved car seats in and out of a half dozen cars; making numerous trips to the office to collect keys and making cars accessible in their very tight lot. At about the 5th car Jamil referred us to a model that we felt was out of our budget, but he worked with us to find a pre-owned vehicle that gave us the comforts we wanted/needed in both the physical and financial. While we didnt get the trade-in we were hoping for with SB BMW, we did get the needed offer from CarMax (just up the street), so after completing our transaction at the dealership, Jamil drove our new car down to CarMax (my husband in his car and me in the vehicle for CarMax). There we some issues with paperwork so we had to postpone the sale to CarMax. There we sat - with 3 cars and 2 people to drive them. Jamil, not hesitating, saw our dilemma and offered to drive one car home for us, knowing that we would have to bring him back to the dealership (at 10pm!). Once home, kids unloaded, Jamil spent the next 20 minutes walking us through some basic features of the car and we then took him back to SB BMW. A true professional - kind at heart, and a man who knows his product and listens to his customers. This was our 3rd BMW purchase and we are just shy of one week in the car and are happy with our choice and the experience of the purchase. We are still fumbling in understanding some features, but we received a call from Jamil this evening, asking if all was OK and if we had any questions or concerns. We advised we were struggling in figuring our how to setup a few items and he assured us he would help us figure those out. It is rare to find that kind of customer service these days.

Truly exceptional customer service!!!! What an outstanding experience and all thanks to Milad Batouli. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our BMW experience. With the help of Tyler Lappen, Paul and Odel, I bought my first car, a 2013 MiniCooper. The service was very professional. Tyler was my main contact throughout the process, he was very easy going, patience and tried to answer any questions or request I had. I visited the dealer three different times before choosing my final choice and they did not display any frustration when I was unsure of my decision. I was in the market for a new car and i had heard a lot of good things about BMW`s and i did a lot of research and i narrowed it down to a few different models . i was helped by Eddie ramos and im really happy that i had him as my sales person. im really glad that i had someone like Eddie helping me out because he really listened to me and understood what i wanted and he really gave me some more information that i had no idea about that i was really happy to learn . i made my decision and got the 2013 x5 and i feel like a kid at a candy store because im in love with my car and every day i get in my car i feel like its Christmas again as a kid opening gifts . i feel that anyone that needs a new car or is starting to do some research to save your time and go see Eddie Ramos because he knows everything that you would need to know and more and you cant go wrong with a BMW .

We had a great experience at South Bay BMW. Joseph Ko was our sales associate and he was wonderful. Full of patience and so appreciative of our repeat business. I love my X1. Absolutely love it. The only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because of my experience with Andy from finance. Look I know its his job to push the extra protection packages on you but I wasnt interested. Once I made it clear to him that I wasnt buying what he was selling, he acted like an 8 year old who didnt get his way. If youre looking for an honest kind sales guy, ask for Joseph. We bought two cars from him in two weeks and we cant say enough good things about him.

I bought my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman and absolutely love it! I have used South Bay BMW now for two purchases. The service department is amazing! Great buying experience. I wanted certain features on my new 550I and Eleni searched high and low to find a car that included everything I wanted to get me into the car faster than if I had to specially order it. She finally located one in Las Vegas and was able to do a dealer trade to get it for me. Not only that, but I had in within 3 days. It was about two weeks ago when my mom and I visited the South Bay BMW. Its been a while because I was busy with finals since then, but I really wanted to mention how helpful and outstanding Grace Kim was. Since we were from Irvine, I didnt think it was necessary for us to visit a dealership that was so far away from us; however, when I first met Grace Kim, there wasnt a further explanation why. It was nearly supper time when we visited her office, but she still greeted us with a warm smile. Normally I wouldnt see such a politeness from someone whos been working the whole day and who is interrupted right before break for supper. Moreover, the way she spoke of the product definitely made it seem valuable and her deals were very satisfactory. We eventually drove back home with a new 2013 535i and we would like to thank her for offering a great deal and for being so nice with us late in the evening.

The worst part about buying a car is finding a dealer you can trust and not have to haggle with achieve a a great deal. Joseph Ko was fantastic! My husband and i got a BMW 535I -we reached out to 5 different dealers and although a couple of them responded, Joseph offered the best vehicle at the best price with almost no negotiations. Andy in finance was great as well -our whole experience was professional and top notch. This was our first time buying from SouthBay BMW - and we highly recommend Joseph and them!

We were given a good dealand settled on a CPO BMW, the Sales process at this dealer went by smoothly, even at the final steps of the sale, the financer Kellie, explained everything well and did not try to sell any extras. By the time the deal finished it was past closing, there was a little rust on the wheel locks from the car sitting for a while, Tyler tried getting rid of the rust for us as best he could and did not rush or hesistate to show us all of the features of the BMW well past closing and made sure we were comfortable and ready. Coach and Tyler are very knowledgeable, courteous,personable,and listen Next time youre looking for a BMW/MINI give SB BMW a try and look for Coach or Tyler I highly recommend both Coach and Tyler to all my friends and family! We drove thirty miles, past three BMW dealerships, in order to work with the highly-rated folks at South Bay BMW. Stephen Gagliano made our trip worthwhile, thats for sure! Professional, patient, and without pressure, Stephen answered our many questions,really listened to our concerns, and ultimately, supported our attempts to obtain the best price we could for our beautiful 2012 X3! By closing time, we were ready to head home, and Stephen to a holiday party (to which hed be late----delayed so as to provide us with an important introduction to the gizmos and gadgets associated with our car). Whats especially terrific, from our point of view, is the fact that we left South Bay BMW feeling great about our interactions with the people who work there-----in contrast to each and every other dealership (Volvo, Audi, Subaru, VW, etc.) with whom wed had contact during the previous month.
