I just bought a used 2016 Fusion hybrid from Litchfield Ford. Very pleased with the flow of sales and prompt replies. My points of disatisfaction come from one of the tires being 12 psi underinflated off the lot, and being handed a car with a quarter tank of gas. Overall Id recommend and would do business with again.

"60,000 Mile Checkup"
I came in for the 60,000 mile service for my mustang. Found out it was $500.00 for 6 spark plugs, and 2 filters. So, I went with 2 snow tires, and a oil change. I learnt that the mechanics have to remove engine parts to get to the plugs. That isnt the fault of the dealer, but I assume you get lots of, "What?" Maybe when the sales person is explaining the pros of the car, they can also throw in the plug con. Ill save and wait until spring.

I brought my F150 in for routine service, tire rotation and general inspection for winter driving. The Tech found my battery on the weak side and I decided to replace it. I got the battery and installation at Litchfield Ford as cheaply as I could have if I bought the battery and replaced it myself (only I didnt have to do the work or get my hands dirty). Litchfield has provided excellent service at good prices for the seven years Ive been doing business there.

We had a new gas tank installed after a recall from Ford for our 2008 Edge. Service was prompt and efficient and we were provided with a loaner car. So needless to say our experience was great as always.

I was always happy with the service to change the oil, etc. Very unhappy with the transmission problem that the car (2012 Ford Feista) was built with. Too much bucking when taking off. Ford dealer did nothing to help that problem. Traded the car in last week. Glad to be rid of that headache!

Since the Hill Brothers purchased the dealership and made Litchfield Ford what it is today, just represents what a little town should have. A well rounded family atmosphere. Honest sales with an impressive inventory. The parts and service department remain well organized. Truck was properly worked on in a timely manner. Mechanic, Greg did a great job troubleshooting a wiring issue and changed over my spark plugs. My truck was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. This is a nice hometown dealership Id recommend and my family has done business with for decades.
