I traded my Benz AMG S550 for a new loaded Genesis. By coincidence my salesmans name was Stan Otto Genesis. Stan is a true gentleman, real professional and I highly recommend him. I drove it for about 6 months thinking - well its not handling like an S class Mercedes but I didnt expect it at half the price. I had noticed on delivery that the steering wheel was off center by a couple of degrees and mentioned it to my service adviser when I went in recently for an oil change and tire rotation ($27 with coupon!) When I picked up the car they had performed a 4 wheel alignment UNDER WARRANTY which corrected the wheel. Well - it also corrected the fidgety steering! I am amazed and delighted at the performance, handling, ride and overall quality of this vehicle. Now after 2 services at the dealership my concerns about poor service reviews have been removed as theyre really working to improve their ratings!!

Id like to thank Andrew and Natasha for helping my mother and I purchase a used Sonata for her from a Herb Chambers dealer that was located further from us. We are in central CT and found this car through the HC Auburn website although the car was actually in suburban Boston. Natasha worked to arrange its transport Auburn so we could see it. Because of a delay in the transport, Auburn offered to bring the car to us in CT. This was very helpful and unexpected. Andrew drove the car out the following evening and patiently waited for us in a Dennys while my mother drove it around. She made the decision to purchase and Andrew told us he would deal with all the paperwork, including the registration in CT and having the service dept look at a few minor items which we made note of. The was a little mix up when we went to pick it up that weekend due to a Massachusetts policy about temporary plates going out of state (or something like that) so Andrew arranged to get my mother a free new Elantra loaner until he could get to the CT registry and secure the paperwork; which he did as soon as possible. He than delivered the car to her in CT and drove the loaner back. All items requested were corrected by the service dept. All in all it was about as good a used car purchasing experience as I could have hoped for. This was a rushed process as my mothers old car met its demise in a minor accident so she was getting anxious and a little stressed to find a replacement. Andrew was very patient, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle through Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn with Andrew and Natashas assistance. My wife will verify that I am an actual person (to some degree) and not a paid (although I did get a free bottle of water) employee of the dealership.

When I went into Hyundai in auburn I was referred by a family member. I had a bad experience at another dealership further away and decided to just try, "maybe they have other used cars I could look at" I thought to myself. I didnt think I could get anything! Ultimately I wanted a Toyota or Nissan. All I NEEDED was four wheels and an engine, and maybe all wheel drive haha. Not only did Meagan find me a car with all wheel drive, it had everything I WANTED! Moonroof, navigation, Bluetooth, push to start, heated seats, back up camera... You name it, I had it! Not to mention it is bigger car than Im used to owning. I love my new car. Granted, its a Hyundai but I love it! Its perfect for my little family. Thanks Meagan for such an amazing experience. All the staff were great, financing manager was amazing. I was referred to this dealership to work with Zeke. Instantly I was able to make an appointment with him to buy a car. He worked with me to find a car I liked within my price range. I was able to test drive and start the process right away. He completed all the paper work, set up insurance, got my car inspected and registered which took a lot of pressure off me. Zeke made sure I was happy with my purchase and understood the whole process before I left the dealership. He also kept me updated through the entire paperwork process. Went into Herb Chambers of Auburn today doubting Id be able to trade up due to how much I owed on my current car(at the time). I looked around their lot checking prices and models and just when I had a question I was greeted with a smile by Ryan MacLean. Within 5 - 10 minutes he had my car looked over by his manager, took down notes about what Im looking for, and finished the paperwork needed to find out if what I wanted to do was doable. He gave me a list of cars that would work for me to keep same monthly payment. He was very knowledgeable about the cars specs, mechanical workings and even helped me sync my phone up to my new car and how the apps worked. Ive honestly never had such a great experience with a car dealer before. The rest of the staff was very friendly and made the experience smooth and painless. If you want a great buying experience with friendly knowledgeable staff that doesnt hound you about buying more than you want or need this is the place to go.

Mechanic Lisa was fantastic, helped me calibrate the system properly, did a 38-point inspection and told me what maintenance was upcoming and what I should get done despite the fact that I have moved away and would not be getting any future work done at this dealership. My Hyundai Veracruz broke down in Oxford last year, right before Christmas. I was forced to bring my car to the nearest dealer instead of Bertera Hyundai in Sprigfield, my usual dealer. I received phenomenal service. Friendly staff, informed frequently of updates, staff dedicated to making it as painless, and inexpensive as possible for me. They struggled frequently with my extended warranty coverage and gave me a complimentary rental car when they refused to cover the length of my stay there. Love this place!! Thanks Hyundai

I highly recommend this dealer, after casually looking for a car for about 3/4 months I found one on their site that I was interested in - Im not from the area so I decided to take a weekend day and drive out. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot for 10/15 minutes before anyone came out to see what we were looking for - which gave us a chance to look around and talk. When Dave Anglin (highly recommend) came out I was about to tell him exactly what we were looking for and he came through for us. Our first ride in the first car he put us in, I knew we would end up buying the car. THIS DEALER IS SO GREAT! We put a deposit down on the car that day, and I actually went back by myself to have my trade assessed and work out the final deal. They gave me more for my trade than I wouldve gotten anywhere else, and I didnt feel like I was haggling back and forth. Everyone at this dealer made me feel so welcome and comfortable, PLUS I got to ring a gong after the purchase was complete. Truly, I had fun buying my car though I definitely have had more fun driving it. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Dave.

I just recently bought a car from here and after dealing with many different dealerships I can definitely say this place is fantastic! If you dont want to deal with constant bartering and wondering if you are getting a good deal or being scammed this is the place to go! I worked with Anthony Santos and I recommend asking for him if you go! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I didnt feel like I was being pressured at all, rather he just wanted to find a car that I would love and would work with my budget! The customer service was above and beyond, they even drove the car out to me when it was ready since I lived further away and he helped take the plates off my old car which was not an easy task! And show me how to work all the different technology things in my new car! He took extra time to do nice things and this was after the car was already bought! So go buy your next car here and ask for Anthony! Ive never written a review on anything before but these guys deserve it!

We arrived at the Herb Chambers Hyundai dealership by fate. Our family was on its way back from a vacation when our 2003 Santa Fe had a catastrophic mechanical failure on the Mass Turnpike. While we were extremely lucky that no harm came to us or anyone else on the road, it was clear that the vehicle was seriously damaged and undrivable. We had no choice but to have the vehicle towed. As luck would have it, the Herb Chambers Hyundai dealership was a short drive off the Auburn exit, of which we were within a quarter mile of. This would turn out to be the biggest stroke of luck and an absolute blessing for us. The Santa Fe arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they closed for the day! As I was making final arrangements with the tow truck driver, my family was brought into the dealerships waiting room where they were made comfortable while my wife explained what had happened to us. The staffs outward friendliness and concern was very comforting since the bad situation was getting worse as we realized that we would not be going home but spending the night in Auburn, Mass. This was made more difficult to take since this whole ordeal happened on a Saturday evening. The dealerships service department was closed on Sunday. We were truly stuck. I must give huge thanks to Matt Vuelta - one of the dealerships Sales Managers. Even though he had a previous engagement since, at this point, the dealership was closed, Matt took it upon himself to continue to watch over my family as I was trying to pull some of our belongings out of the car for an overnight hotel stay. We then piled into Matts car and went to the hotel. However, he didnt just leave and drive off. He stayed with us while I attempted to get a room for the night. The bad news piled up some more when I found out that every hotel in Auburn was booked and the closest available room was in Marlborough. Not wanting to leave us stranded, Matt took us back to the dealership where he first provided us with a loaner even though the Service Department was closed. He then got on his computer and found us a room in Marlborough. Matt assured me that the Service Department would be aware of our Santa Fe and hed try and get it pushed in first thing Monday. Thanks, Matt. Ill never forget your kindness. First thing Monday, I got a call from Bill Peters, Service Manger for the dealership, who explained exactly what had happened to the Santa Fe and that the repair could very well be something covered by a factory recall. However, he wouldnt know for sure until he checked with Hyundai. It was very hard waiting for Bill to call back. I was praying the damage was indeed something covered by a recall, but if not, how much would the repair be? We certainly hadnt budgeted for this kind of disaster, so between getting things going with our insurance company, and the possibility of having to abandon the car, I was fearing the worst. The "worst" did creep up when Bill called me back later in the afternoon and told me everything that was going on, Sadly, Hyundai wasnt going to cover the repair! But that feeling of total hopelessness vanished when Bill said the dealership was going to cover the cost of the repair since we had been through enough and he just wanted to get the vehicle fixed and for us to get back home safely - which was still 430 miles away! I was speechless. I had never before experienced this type of concern, outward friendliness and goodwill. I was completely without words. So even though we had to wait it out for a few days since the repairs were quite extensive, the Herb Chambers Hyundai team was simply wonderful. Words will never express my sincerest gratitude to Matt, Bill, and the repair technician who spent hours repairing the vehicle and got us back on the road. The service was impeccable. The vehicle seems like new again! We arrived home safely and owe a huge debt of gratitude to Herb Chamber Hyundai. Finding the dealership was truly a miracle.

Really, really impressed with this team. Couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience! I recently started looking to purchase a certified pre-owned car. I did research online ahead of time, and then scheduled appointments to test-drive vehicles at several different dealers. Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn was my first appointment. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked in, but they were great—very helpful, answered all my questions, not at all pushy, had a sense of humor, were committed to exceptional customer service, and got me everything I wanted at a really good price—so, to my surprise, I ended up buying a car. Brianna was my first point of contact—she was great, really helpful answering my initial questions and getting me set up with an appointment. My salesman, Mike Cardozo, was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, really funny, and not once did I feel pressured into buying a car—I genuinely felt like he was there to help me out. And when I asked for automatic locks/keyless entry to be installed in the car, he advocated on my behalf with his manager. Mike totally broke every stereotype I had about what a car salesman is like. Ask to work with Mike, he’s great! Managers Joey and Tim were also extremely helpful. At every stage of the process, I kept waiting for it turn into this stressful experience—but it never did. Such a positive experience!

This was our fifth Hyundai in our family, and my first time as a new buyer on my own. We originally went in response to an ad for a used Accent hatchback but I ended up walking away with a new lease on a much newer Elantra sedan for a better rate and a better deal, and still feel very satisfied. What I had originally been worried about as a stressful process turned out not to be so. I worked with Michael Corduzo throughout the entire process, except for financing in which case I worked with a fellow named Stephen. Both were friendly, pleasant and professional, were willing to listen to any concerns we had and had answers at the ready for any questions that came up throughout the session. The entire time I felt like someone that mattered, not just some statistic. We have been going to this branch for many years for everything from routine oil changes to regular service to even many major repairs and have always been satisfied by the level of service and treatment we get. It only seemed fitting that I return here for my first purchase.

After much research I have decided to buy a 2013 Tuscon at Herb Chambers in Auburn. I wanted a specific color and interior. The salesman was excellent to work with, and found me the only one similar to what I wanted on the entire East Coast. I had to give up the specific interior trim that I wanted. The sales process was straight forward, and Jeffery got me the most deal that I could. It was less than I expected, but in the end mostly acceptable. The finance process was a different story entirely. VERY high pressure to buy extended warranty coverages. It took forever to actually get around to purchasing the car! I finally said I had enough, and decided on a tire warranty that at least made some financial sense. After three hours of purchasing, we finally drove out with my new and lovely Tuscon. We only have a few miles on it so far, but I am beginning to love it. The facility was nice. However, considering that it is mid November in MA, it was poorly heated, and I froze through the three hour purchasing ordeal! Something could be done to make the customer more comfortable. All in all, while it could easily have been an excellent experience, it was at best a good experience. Kudos to Jeffrey. He was good to work with.

HC Hyundai of Auburn had a 2012 model to which I was highly interested. I actually had a refundable deposit on the same car elsewhere, but this one at HC Hyundai Auburn was Certified Pre-Owned and had the manual transmission (my preference). It made sense to give the one at HC Hyundai Auburn a last chance before I went and bought the one that wasnt CPO. I try to contact them through Cars.com. I write a very detailed description of my situation saying if I like it I will buy it that day as I needed to make a choice within the next 48 hours (my car was on its last legs and I had a long driving week ahead of me). I received one of those fill-in-the-blank automated messages: Hello (insert name here). We see that youre interested in a (insert model and year here). We have many deals on automobiles that suit your needs...etc. (How do you know my needs? In my initial email I said I narrowed down to my choice to one car model and one car model only, and you only have one of thsoe cars). Obviously reading those mindless automated emails is not the service I needed. I replied to their automated message asking for a real person to reply and that wasting time wasnt a real luxury we had if I was to check that car out. I received another automated response that addressed precisely ZERO of the questions I had asked. I replied one last time and copied in a few people up the ladder I found from their websites, and cited their "company mission" and the "quality policy" they publish on their website. This one got a response!!!!! I got a sales guy who just kept asking when I could come in for a test drive. My two initial emails said EXACTLY when I could come in... if they would only address my questions which would prove that it was worth the drive all the to Auburn. So obviously throughout all of this NO ONE THERE took the time to read an interested customers questions and respond to them. I called at 4:45pm on a Friday. Apparently emails werent their strong suit. I got someone on the line who was much nicer than the sales guy in the emails. I said I could probably be there by close (6pm) but I couldnt guarantee it due to potential weekend traffic as the unknown variable. She said if I couldnt get there by 6pm no one would be willing to stay a few extra minutes (her included) because they were all going out together at 6pm. So a customer calls up and says hes about to buy a car elsewhere but likes yours better and will be there with cash in hand to check out your car and the reply is "no thanks, its time to go out drinking". Thats enough. I will never do business with HC Hyundai. I ended up buyng a 2012 Hyundai from a Subaru dealer which doesnt get me the full 10yr/100Kmi warranry but I also am glad a bunch of pushy, lazy sales morons didnt get my hard earned money.

On the evening of Wednesday April 24th, 2013 I visited Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn with no intentions of necessarily purchasing a car the day of my visit. I did however have a car in mind and was strong on my decision to purchase it eventually. I called the day before to set up an appt. with Michael Cardozo which could not have been a better experience on ALL fronts. I could not have asked for a better sales person. He did not pressure me into ANYTHING and only expressed how much he wanted to help me and nothing more. On the evening of Wednesday April 24th, 2013 I visited Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn with no intentions of necessarily purchasing a car the day of my visit. I did however have a car in mind and was strong on my decision to purchase it eventually. I called the day before to set up an appt. with Michael Cardozo which could not have been a better experience on ALL fronts. I could not have asked for a better sales person. He did not pressure me into ANYTHING and only expressed how much he wanted to help me and nothing more. I recently had an issue with my Hyundai. Bob P went out of his way to get this issue taken care of in a most cost effective way. He went the extra mile for me and saved me a LOT of money on the repair. When I arrived he took the time to explain to me what we were doing and was exceptionally courteous and professional. I was treated like royalty and with respect. The repair was done on time and I am extremely thankful for Bob and Herb Chambers Hyundai...I will buy my next Hyundai from them for sure. Had not purchased a new car in many years and when I needed to do so my first inclination was to call Marty Reardon at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. I had purchased a car through Marty and Herb Chambers back 2007 and I had just recently recovered from a bad financial period and I needed someone who understood me as a person and could understand my needs. I knew what I wanted for a vehicle and Marty made the rest easy for me to get a beautiful new Tuscon, at a better intrest rate than I expected given my situation! Marty is a very down to earth, easy going guy who is not pushy nor deceitful. He knows his product and he takes the time to get to know his customer to find whats in boths best interest. Marty knows his Hyudai products well and is enthusiastic about them which is evident The renovation to the showroom and Service Dept. are beautiful, staff are always helpful and appreciative , what else could you ask for in a car dealership! I love the Hyudai product, have owned three at this point and when number 4 is going to be bought-Marty and I will do it all over again!

Last weekend I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle and was only researching our options of getting my daughter out of a small coupe vehicle and into a compact suv. To my surprise, I ended up purchasing a new Tucson. My daughter absolutely loves it and our sales associate, Michael Cardozo was fantastic! Paul D., one of the Managers, handed us over to Michael and for that, I am so grateful! He listened to everything we were looking for from type of vehicle to price and payments and worked hard to give us exactly that. I was so pleased with the experience, and of course, the Presidents Day sale that was taking place, that I went back almost a week later and traded in my vehicle for a Sante Fe. I had already had a pretty new suv with only 18,000 miles on it so I had everything on my side and didnt have to buy anything. After spending some time with Michael Cardozo again, I found myself purchasing the new Sante Fe. I couldnt turn down the price and payments they were offering me. The Manager and General Manager both came over to say hello and introduce themselves and said they were there to help make what I wanted happen. Now, Im not a fan of car dealerships and am very critical when it comes to them. I have to say, These two experiences have totally changed my mind about Herb Chambers in Auburn. I would recommend that dealership and MICHAEL CARDOZO to anyone!

Recently I bought a 2013 SantaFe Sport from Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. First and foremost the main reason we went back to Auburn was because of the Sales crew there. We have bought seven cars there now and we have loved everyone. 3 Sonatas, 1 Tucson and 3 Santa Fes. We have had not a problem with any of these cars. I did look around at other Suvs but non could compare to what I got standard with Hyundai and non could compare with the warrantees. They are trying to come close but not yet. We always have such a good time with our sales people. There is never any pressure and if they dont have the color you want they will find it and quickly. They even added a goody to my car for making me wait a few days while they found just the one I wanted. They will bend over backwards to get you what you want and then some. To finish the package I cant say enough about the Service Dept. Love getting into a clean car after an oil change. and again total satisfaction and care for your car. My salesmen is Stan, we call him Stan the Man. My husband is also in sales, not cars, but Stan had to put up with a lot from another salesman. We did have a great experience there and I am getting use to my first Suv. As I am getting older I find it easier to get into and out of. I also appreciate a thick steering wheel to hold when my fingers hurt from arthritis. Some of the cars I tried the wheels were very small and your fingers could get cramped. The seats are very comfortable as all our Hyundais have been. My daughters car is an ,Outback, I cant sit in it very long it hurts my back. Love the heated seats but not much else. I will be taking my Santa Fe out on a road trip soon and cant wait to watch the mpg on the screen and will try out the bluelink. If you are looking for a car go to Hyundai of Auburn and ask for Stan the Man and he will do good by you, but they all will. Thank you Stan, Paul and Alex, and Kevin in the Service Dept. I was in the market for a used truck and my friend referred me to michael Cardozo from HC Hyundai in auburn. I told him what I needed in the truck (features and options that I needed) so michael told me he will do his homework and do what he can to find a preowned truck that fit my discription. The next day he got ahold of me and telling me that he found that truck that I needed. He even went to get the truck from a different dealership since HC share preowned vehicles in there inventory. We went over the price of the truck and gave me additional discounts which I thought I couldnt get which was a PLUS! We finally closed the deal where I was comfortable in the price, it was smooth and easy. The finance manager Alex S was in depth with all the paperwork and made everything easy to understand. Overall I had a great experience with this company and the salesperson I delt with. People there were great and highly recommend to go herb chambers hyundai not only for hyundai a but for any make and model. I love my 2011 silverado 2500!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe from Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn and had an excellent experience. The sales team was very accommodating and patient, letting me sit in about 15 vehicles to check them for a comfortable fit on my first visit. On my second visit, I test drove and purchased the perfect vehicle for me and my family. The Herb Chambers Hyundai sales departments commitment to satisfied customers doesnt stop the day you purchase a vehicle, either. Over a month after purchasing the vehicle, I had a problem with the tires which was not covered by any warranty. The service and sales departments worked together, and before I even had to ask, had already decided to replace all four tires for no charge.
