"Great Buying Experience At Executive Luxury Auto!"
I just recently purchased a 1999 mercedes benz sl500 at executive luxury auto sales and David treated me really fair. I felt like I purchased a quality car at a fair price. David also helped me get a great warranty that I had no idea that was even an option. He also worked with me with financing. More importantly, he was a honest guy. I highly recommend executive luxury auto to anyone wishing to purchase a used car.
"Good Car Buying Experience"

Overall our used car buying experience was very good. We wanted a buy a reliable used car for our daughter at college in LA, and after much research, found that a 2005 Toyota Camry offered by Executive Luxury Auto Sales was the right car at the right price. Its not so easy buying a used car without seeing it but David was kind enough to help us quite a bit with the process. He had the car inspected by an independent service center of our choice, got a second key made at a nearby Toyota dealer, and he even gave our daughter a ride over to pick up the car. The process was not without some minor problems and miscommunications, but overall it went very smoothly. We havent seen the car, but our daughter is extremely happy, and we appreciated the service and price. Thank you,David.
"Car Buying Experience"
Overall, my car buying experience was great!! We got the Carfax Report and the vehicle inspected before we purchased the van. We had our tags mailed out to us within a month! After we purchased the van, we went & had our vehicle inspected a second time by a Toyota Dealer & found out that we have a wear & tear part that will need to be replaced. Other than that, the van is in excellent working condition! His price beat all other dealers & private sellers with the year & model we were searching for. Now, that Ive mentioned the facts of our car buying experience, I must share with you my personal opinion with overall customer satisfaction. Please, dont be thrown off by the owner (David), his shop or the way his desk may appear. You have to be able to see past all that & look at the vehicle you are interested in purchasing. Even though these things are important, they dont tell you everything about the vehicle you are interested in. He runs this dealership by himself, i.e., customer service (emails & phone calls), all paperwork & DMV processing, purchasing of cars at car auctions, moving cars from lot to lot & the list goes on. So if he seems like hes rushing around, he is but nonetheless, he offers straight forward service! He is a business man first & very personable in his own way thereafter. Do your research first, get the Carfax, get the vehicle inspected before you buy & then you decide. As far as David, hell need to get some help along the way so he can take some of that pressure off of himself. My overall rating for his dealership is 4 out of 5 stars and comes mostly after weighing the facts and understanding the limits of one person running a dealership!
"Dont Buy From This Dealer!"

Ok, I have never done an online review for anything, but I feel that as many people should know as possible. DO NOT buy from this dealer or even speak with them. I called them asking about a 2007 Ford Edge, red SEL version, and the guy who picked up was very rude. He picked up and said "Hold on one moment please" and goes on talking to somebody else. Starts cussing and saying "Dont worry we got you, just come down, dont waste time". After he hangs up and starts talking to me, the very first thing he says is "What car do you want?" in a very rude and aggressive manner, as if I was bothering him. I told him about the Edge and he automatically starts asking about my credit and whether or not Im paying cash. I told him I want to check it first then start telling my personal information and he said "If thats the case I dont want to waste my time with someone who cant buy" and hangs up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT go to this guy and do not bother. He sounded like he is the owner, but has no business sense ethics. Why would you act like this when trying to make money? Doesnt he know this kind of business is all about customer loyalty and trust? Go to Galpin or Cars 4 U my friends. I know the people there and they have great service and professionalism. Dont bother with this dealer.
"Best Deal In Town"
You will not be disappointed. They don,t play number games.I recommend them for your next used car.
"Not A Good Way To Traet A Prospective Customer"

when i inquired about the car, he was very rude (David). I think he is the owner. I asked if I can see the car after my office hours. He agreed but was forcing me to do a credit check right away because he said he did not want to waste time going back to his office. Why will I do that if I have not seen the car yet? And hanging up the phone on the client is very rude.
