There was also a recall notice, so I made an appointment to have both done together. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and gave the gentleman my information. He had me wait for a service writer which only took a moment. Alex wrote the service order and told me when the vehicle would be ready. I returned at that time and the truck was ready and washed and was good to go. Very happy with the whole experience.

It turned out it was not, but he was ahead of me with others. The Accord was my purchase and I am very pleased with it. I feel safe and also feel that I have a reliable car to take me on my travels. I went to a dealership in my hometown in Bakersfield, CA that was extremely disappointing. That interaction left me hesitated in overall purchasing a vehicle. I decided to take the trip to Autonation in Valencia and the overall experience was welcoming. They car salesmen was very nice and easy going. His likability made it easier for me to test drive vehicles without the pressure of purchasing on the spot. Once I had a vehicle in and negotiations began, the first offer was reasonable. All negotiations were between the salesmen and I. There was no "managers" to assist in closing the deal. Once I counteroffer, they went lower than expected in which I signed. I recommend for anyone who is interested to purchase through Autonation.

I took my car in for an oil change. Had to wait too long for a service person to help me because they were helping walk ins when I had an appointment. The worst part was when I went in to pay the cashier was missing (She had walked by me saw me waiting there kept walking and never said a word...her name is Annlise). I finally had to ask the two guys in the parts dept to page her she finally comes back snapping and chewing her gum like a cow and takes my name a d gets my paperwork tells me how much I owe, I hand her a 100 bill and she has no change gets on her walk talky and ask someone to go to the bank, hands me my money back and shortly says you have to wait til they go to the bank. OH HELL NO SHE DIDNT...I asked for the manager and got things figured out....What dealer cant change a hundred dollar bill....cashier is an idiot

Just poor experience from dropping truck off to pick-up. Wait 45 minutes see advisor even WITH appointment, call and check the status, expect dealership to call me, OF course cant replicate issue...however funny it replicated for me as soon as I got in the truck...FINALLY, Valencia is sending me back to Huntington Beach to get a simple module adjusted for sunroof...great service just great service...

Repairs were recommended that were inappropriate according to two other unbiased mechanics. Car was brought in 4 or 5 times because the roof was leaking, this last time we were told that it happens to all the Wranglers with the removable roof ( I suspect that was said because they couldnt fix it). I had another issue and I was told it was "driver error". I asked that the service manager call me, that never happened. Weve recently moved and we drove 1 1/2 hours for this treatment, we wont be back.
