I called in to speak about a car i seen online. Spoke to a man who was "busy working deals" as he put it and needed to call me back or have some other lady in his office speak as the middle man. To make matters worse I was being rushed of the phone in an very rude manor then hung up on. How do they sell cars this way. I was a guaranteed purchase for a NEW car this week, but my money would never be given to rude people like this. If rudeness and unprofessional behavior doesnt bother you when making big purchases . . . they have great prices. I fully understand having a bad day and all but at the end of the day this is your JOB, at least 10% of professionalism is warranted.

Just purchased a 2016 Genesis Coupe from this dealership. Really great experience all around. Perfect customer service, cheap prices, and a great selection of cars to choose from. He said great things about Hooman Hyundai so I decided to go there. The person who assisted me is Parviz. He is very helpful and patiently listened to the things that I am looking for in a car. He offered me a car that is better than my old Honda with a great deal. They have also processed the necessary documents systematically and I was out of there in no time. I am now enjoying my new car and I really like it. It really is the best car for me. I am hesitant at the in at first, because I know how hard it is to find a decent and honest car dealer these days. Some of the car dealers out there will give you false information just so you will buy one of their cars. Hooman Hyundai, presented me with so many options as they want to make sure that I will end up buying the best car suited for me. It was really a great experience buying my new car at Hooman Hyundai. Tradedin my old Genesis for the Hyundai Accent! just though it would ultimately be better. They had a great New years sale and thought it wouldnt have been a better time to jump on it! I chose the care I wanted within the first half-hour of being on the lot. It took them five (5) hours and three or four people to decide how to handle the deal. I have excellent credit and was making a big down payment and was not being unreasonable. Finally, after getting to the finance dept. They handed me a contract with a down payment listed at $3,000 more that I wanted to give them and then blamed me for not being clear. What a waste of my time (and theirs).
