I just bought a Nissan Murano from them this past weekend. best experience i had at dealership. My sales person Frank was great to work with. Had everything all ready for me when i came in and had the car ready to test drive. He didnt try to upsell me on anything else. Herb in finance was also great to work with. He worked with me to get my payments into my comfort zone and also didnt try to sell me on any services i didnt need. Overall Herb chambers Kia was a great to deal with!!

My experience buying a new car at Herb Chambers KIA of Burlington was the best car buying experience Ive had to date. Rich Lowry was pleasant, knowledgable and accommodating of our schedules. I have bought luxury vehicles at non Herb Chambers dealers and my experience at the Lexus and BMW dealers really did not compare to that of buying a KIA at Herb Chambers. I definitely will go to a Herb Chambers dealer for my next BMW based on my experience at the KIA dealership.

"Zero Attention To Detail"
Submitted wifes 2014 Sorento for a recall. Kia performed a points inspection while there. Was told i need rear brakes, pads and rotors and cabin air filter needed replacing. Because i have found most service departments do mediocre work at best, Herb Chambers Kia once again proved this, i do the owrk myself. Kia failed to put the glove box back together correctly after their inspection. They didnt attach the tension strap, glove box came flying out. Then I realized they broke the door to the filter, 2 of the 4 clips were snapped. Now onto the back brakes. I had to get my old mans impact air gun to get the lugs off the tires. Had i been on the side of the highway I would have been out of luck. There are torque values set for a reason. I think their technicians are in need of some further training. They should Youtube all jobs before actually performing them. Very poor attention to detail. Unless it is for recalls i will never return to herb Chambers Kia.

After visiting with other Kia dealers in MA and being disappointed, we are so glad we went to Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. My wife and I test drove 5 used Kia Sorentos and one brand new model on Saturday June 17th. In the end we purchased a 2015 EX V6 AWD. We had many questions about the various models, options, pricing, warranties and lease vs buy. We had a patient, knowledgeable and fun salesperson in Frank Madelen. Jude, the Manager, stepped up to the plate to make the deal happen by working the numbers to meet our budget. We breezed through the finance paperwork with Dane Mello and Herb Socket. Great team! (We previously some years ago bought a new Chrysler Pacifica from Herb Chambers in Millbury, MA and had a good experience there as well, so Herb - youre 2 for 2!)

Let me start off by saying if you are thinking of shopping for a KIA and are located around this location, Tom is THE GUY to go to for helping with your buying process. He was patient, thorough, polite, highly knowledgable, and takes away all of the stress of buying a new car! This was my first lease and Tom made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. I would not go to anyone else, and urge everyone to go see Tom because you will NOT regret it! **The only negative from this experience was when not dealing directly with Tom. The finance manager, Herb, is a man who seems to befriend you, but in reality he is just trying to "nickel and dime you" (as he stated he wasnt numerous times throughout the process). His business approach was not genuine and seemed to not to be as invested in your satisfaction as much as Tom was; Herb was just focused on adding as many packages to my car as he could get his hands on. I wish I couldve stuck with Tom in this process because he made this journey much more satisfying. Thanks again to Tom and the rest of the team for having one happy customer!

Bought a used 2012 volkswagon GTI. There where a few things that should of been taken care of prior to me picking up the car a few days after I paid for it. The tire pressure warning light was on. Was assured it would be fixed. The day I pick it up, I am told its fixed, sales lady said the light will go off after a few miles of driving. Needless to say, it did not. I called to explain, was told to bring it by to get repaired. after driving all the way up to there, I was told they cannot fix it. They said they would call me back in a few days, That was last week. I have not heard back from anyone. another case of forgetting about the customer after the sale.

Optima has added packages that make it seem like a luxury car...plus insurance and excise tax are lower for getting year old model. Sales team was honest and knew car inside out. It was overall a great shopping experience and I will be a return customer. I have local Kia dealer but chose to take 45 minute ride due to great things I heard about Burlington Kia.

The first time I went to Kia Burlington, it was to help a friend find a used car to fit her budget, and the service and assistance we received from Bob was really great. She didnt feel pressured, and the whole experience was great from beginning to end. Bob was accommodating, charming, and knowledgeable. My second visit was just last week- I had decided to see if I could trade in my Toyota Venza for a more affordable car- not caring too much about what the replacement was, so long as a lower monthly payment could help me get through an annoyingly ill-timed divorce...(arent they all though?) So, I called Bob, remembering how easy he was to work with. I was not disappointed - he guided me through some options, and explained every aspect of the process clearly. His follow-up is excellent, and everyone who works here is very nice. Bob goes out of his way to make sure everything is on track, called to let me know the car could be ready a day early, even. I wouldnt hesitate to send people here for their car purchases/leases. He custom tailored the experience to my specific goals, and I drove off the lot yesterday, happy with my leased Optima, and lower monthly payment.

My experience was with Julian Aguirre, who was great to deal with. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we came in and wanted to pay the ad price for a Kia Optima. That vehicle was not available when we came in, but Julian found a comparable vehicle on the lot and we got it for practically the same price. Julian was very up front and pleasant to deal with, overall it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, having purchased maybe 15 new vehicles over the years. I purchased a new 2015 Kia Optima EX and could not have been more pleased! The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I worked with John Francis and he was awesome! He was very upfront about everything and I felt like he was being very honest. I didnt feel pressured and enjoyed my time at this dealership. One note was that I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in after test driving many other cars, but John was able to find a very close match to what I was looking for on the lot and we closed that day! I went to KIA Burlington this weekend to see my options on a lease. I was introduced to John Francis. Right from the beginning I knew this would be a good visit. I was there with my 7 year old son and John talked to him like he was involved with buying the car. I have been leasing for quite some time and I always feel pushed or rushed...not with John, he listened to what I was saying and helped me as much as he could. I ended up leasing a 2015 Sorrento and I couldnt be happier. John was the BEST car salesman I have had. My son fell asleep on Johns desk and when I needed to go in for financing he sat with my son on the couches just in case he woke up and was nervous about where he was. He didnt have to do that and I didnt even have to ask him, he just did it. I was overly impressed with the service and respect I received from John during my visit. I will definitely be looking for him in 3 years.

Went to the dealer to get a new Kia Sorrento for my mom. Our salesman was Bob Lucas. He took the time to ask her what she wanted in the car. He didnt have the exact car on the lot, but showed us a similar vehicle and was able to get us the Sorrento mom wanted from another dealer. After we bought the car (at a great price :) he took the time to show my mom the entire car, from front/back, and even programmed her phone and radio for her. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. Both Bob, and his manager (whose name escapes me now but was very nice!) were great to deal with.

I loved buying my new Kia Optima!! My salesman was Tom ODonnell, he was great! Knew everything about the car, and no run around like I had at 2 other dealers. Buying a car is exciting, but theres usually no getting around how much the whole process of it sucks. I have to say working with Bob Lucas made the process much less painful. He was honest, knowledgable and fun to work with, and the biggest plus was that he made made sure I didnt have to sit there for hours and hours waiting for paperwork to be done. He did the work to find what I was looking for and gave me straight answers when it came to pricing. I love my new Audi :) and would highly recommend Bob and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
