No manual with the car (it has been ordered by dealership and salesman states he will to me) Everything worked out in the end and I am happy with my new (to me!) car!

Service Department and its personnel are excellent. While I appreciate the complimentary car wash, its goal left much to be desired with soap residue remaining on both windows and car body. The Service Area parking lot is dangerously peppered with potholes and loose asphalt. Need to "up your game" in those two areas to stand with your competition.

I recently saw a certified used Porsche 911 on the Porsche of Stratham website and called to inquire about it. I arranged for a test drive and was told to ask for Anthony Wallace when I arrived at the dealership. I had a good test drive, loved that car, and started the buying process with Anthony, who btw, was very knowledgeable about different Porsche models, their features, and relative comparisons in how they drive. I had a Porsche trade that I had not driven to the dealership given the weather, however Anthony was able to look up the car using the VIN, and we agreed on a trade-in value. I appreciated that Anthony had the knowledge and the power to negotiate all aspects of the purchase, both the trade-in value and the new car purchase price. No back-and-forth with multiple people involved. We arranged for a pick-up date for the 911. Eric of Porsche of Stratham had the paperwork ready when I arrived. Anthony had the new car cleaned, and I was happily on my home with my new car a short time later. Overall, a very pleasant purchase experience. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Stratham. A small Porsche dealership that seems to focus more on the sports cars (the showroom had 8 Porsche sports cars and 0 SUVs in it when I was there!).

Overall process was very smooth, I had maintenance and warranty work done at the same time. Warranty work turned out to be more complicated, but they kept me up to date with regular calls and provided a loaner vehicle. Small dealership, very attentive personal service. They know who you are when you call. Of course (not surprising....), they also charge Porsche prices...
