Absolutely the stereotypical dreaded car-shopping experience. All I wanted to know was the going price of the 2015 Accord EX-L models, including dealer and manufacturer incentives. The sales person (who said he was new) used every conceivable method NOT to tell me the price, including bringing his sales manager over to stall. More over, he insisted I provide my phone number - despite me telling him I did NOT want any calls from anyone at the dealership. (To which he said that it would only be him calling. And that is better, how???) Its a shame, because Honda makes a great car. If you want to buy one in South Jersey, avoid Burns!!!

John was very accommodating. I was offered a ride home while I waited for my car to be fixed, and when I declined, he offered me a fork when I joked that I had brought food with me but had forgotten to bring utensils. They also replaced not just one rear-wheel bearing but two--both under warranty--even though we initially thought there was a problem with only one of them. I also liked that the TV wasnt blaring and that I could sit around the corner from it. I appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee, too. P.S. I will note that when I first got my car diagnosed a week before my appointment, it was by Eric who was very nice. He immediately drove around the block with me to listen to the problem, and then he followed up by calling corporate with questions about my warranty coverage, doing it in a timely way and then getting back to me. He has helped me in the past as well. Its very personal at this Honda location.

This is going to sound so sexist, but Im a recently divorced female. Ive NEVER had to do anything with the matainence of the cars (not even get the gas). So when the A1 light went on, I freaked out. The service gentleman explained what it was, what I needed to have done, etc. He was very calming even over the phone. When I got there, I pulled in, got out of the car and had NO idea what to do then. Nicole? immediately sensed I had no idea what Im doing and explained the entire process. From my options to be shuttled anywhere w/in 12 miles to expected time it would take. She was totally honest and indicated it would be at least 1.45hr wait. Fantastic service, waiting room was good (just rude people using their cellphones and having loud conversations)

Ive never been to burns before so I had many questions about service to my honda civic. When I called service a young girl by the name of Chelsea I believe answered and was so very kind! She was very patient with me also which was comforting since I do not know too much about cars. She told me there was a recall on my car which I did not know about but Im glad she told me! There are not too many honest people out there anymore! I highly reccomend this dealership! Great service. Well done.

Highly recommend this dealership. Our salesman, Ed Altman, was super professional, polite and answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly. Even though we were only buying a little Honda Fit at what was probably a marginal profit, Ed gave us great personal attention, above and beyond, like we were buying a loaded Pilot at MSRP. Whenever I bought a car from a dealership in the past, it always felt pushy, insincere and phony, and it was refreshing to not feel that way during our transaction. Aside from not getting quite as much for my trade as I had hoped, there were no surprises or outrageous documentation fees and we were able to negotiate the final price amicably. So if you are in the market for a new Honda, or any other car they may be selling, go see Ed Altman at Burns Honda. Hell make it happen!
