First, let me say that I have helped 4 family members buy new cars in the last year, so I have some experience in getting good deals. Every time I was looking, I would get a quote from the previous dealership when it was Patriot and their prices were always way higher from all the other dealerships I spoke with. Well, my grandfather was looking to buy a new car and since they had the one he wanted (options and stuff) I decided to give them one more shot since they are under new ownership (McGee) and I must say I am so glad I tried them one more time!! They were awesome! They were willing to work with me and I was able to get my grandfather a really good deal, everyone there was really nice and helpful and the process was fast, we were in and out and picked up the new car the next morning. If you’re looking for a vehicle be sure to check them, you won’t be disappointed with the new ownership!

Was looking for a used Malibu and went to several dealer before Patriot. I heard a commercial on the radio and decided to look at their website. They had a very nice Malibu, so I went down to look at it. After a test drive I decided I would see what type of deal they would give. The price on the 2013 Malibu was $50.00 less than a large Chevy dealer in Auburn had for a 2011 with 3 times the miles. They also gave me 2 times the amount on my trade in. I was out of the dealership within a couple hours with a new vehicle.

Patriot in Charlton made me so happy tonight! My car broke down last week and was not worth being fixed and I really needed a car. With it being so close to the holidays I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to get a car right away. I called Patric Saad, the floor manager, this afternoon and made an appointment for tonight with Dan Curboy. Patric took some information from me over the phone and my name was already in the system when we sat down with Dan. My husband and I sat down with Dan, I got the exact car I wanted, did not have to come up with any cash and drove home in my new car!!! Dan spent a lot of time with me, we went for a test drive, he showed me and set up my onstar and bluetooth. Set up some stations on my radio and showed me where all the bells and whistles were and what they do. I cant say how happy I was when he said to get your plate off of your car which was not on the premises as it does not run, my husband went and got my plate, because Dan said you can drive your car home tonight! He also put gas in my car! Paulette, the business manager was awesome too. She explained all of the paperwork, said they will do all the running around for the insurance and change of registration and explained the different warranty packages, which we did purchase one. Thank You so much and I will recommend you to anyone. No pressure, just very nice and helpful to exactly what I wanted.

The service department at Patriot has been excellent with customer satisfaction as well as quality of the service provided their primary focus. I have been going to them for over 5 years and the few times I have had an issue, either with the Patriot service or the GM car they have unequivocally always made the issue right for me. I may buy the car somewhere else but the service will always be at Patriot.

Love my new GMC, I cannot say enough good things about Patriot and Brian OKeefe! There was no stress involved in purchasing my new vehicle, they made it very easy to do business with. My truck would not start and I had to have it towed to Patriot. The error codes were all erased so they had nothing to start with. They got it started but wanted to keep it overnight to check in the morning. An error code popped up and they fixed the problem correctly. I was very pleased that they wanted to double check the next day and fix the problem once and for all. They also arranged a rental for me with pickup and drop off service(very helpful).

Vehicle was brought in for it 30,000 mile service maintenance. Research was done to see what was required for service on my Lincoln and was thoroughly done according to the manual. Will be bringing vehicle back for all future vehicle maintenance along with my other vehicle which was purchased from another dealer.

I brought my vehicle in for service and while waiting I was brousing the car lot when approched by sales rep. which is fine BUT they need to understand what my visit was for and to ease up on the sales pressure.

Its funny how every time I bring my truck in for service mechanics always find one or two burnt out light bulbs. Normally this is not a problem as I can take my truck home and replace them myself. Unfortunately yesterday was inspection day and I had to have the dealer replace them or face a failed inspection. During the process of replacing one of the break light bulbs, the plastic scrw clips which hold the light in place apparently broke off causing me to have to pay for a brand new tail light assembly. Not something I was expecting but I get it, stuff like this happens to a 7 year-old truck. What I dont get is they charged me a price that is marked up 100%. I could have gotten that same light (OEM) on line for 70-80 dollars while they charged me more than double that. They do provide quality repair service but prices on parts are ridiculous.

"Intermittent Service Problem"
I am offering my sincere congratulations to Nuno Reis and the service department at Patriot Buick, GMC. Had an intermittent problem with a used vehicle I had purchased and it seemed that everytime I brought the car for servicing the problem would not occur. Well, we finally were able to view the problem as it began to occur. Nuno and I went for a ride and within a minute had diagnosed the problem which had cause my wife much anxiety. Got the car back, took a trip to Maine and everything worked flawlessly. Was even able to get 26+ MPG with the vehcile (superseded the Federal mileage claims). Very pleased with the service, repairs and yes, even listening to Jim Shaugnessy for reccommending my purchasing the vehicle I did. Patriot will now be servicing both my vehicles in the future.

Drove 20 miles on the strength of a car listing which turned out to be inaccurate as the car was not as described (right model, wrong level of features). My bad, I should have made sure I guess, but is was obviously not as advertised. Too bad as the people were nice, the test drive showed we had picked the right car, but the equipment package was wrong and I would have made the deal on the spot if it had been the right level of car. just a mistake I guess. But a 40 mile drive and a couple hours wasted.
