My car broke down in a parking lot. I called roadside assistance. A nice man came but he was unable to jumpstart my car. Apparently he wasnt doing it right. So Im not too thrilled about roadside assistance. Then they told me two hours for a tow truck. I had groceries in the car I could not wait two hours. I called a private tow.. Now Im out $100. . My Ford 2012 flex was towed to Quality Ford. Carlos took care of me right away. They were able to jump the car right there on the tow truck. They determined I only needed a battery and I was on my way quickly. Ford service at Quality is the best. Always has been.

The throttle/powertrain warning light came on in my 2011 Fusion Hybrid towards the end of this past work week, but it did not light up on Saturday when I went to the dealership. The technicians were unable to download info about the warning. They suggested various possible causes and a new battery was installed and an emissions flush was performed. The car rode better when I left; however, after running some of my errands, the same warning light came on, together with the check engine light. I called Al St. Germain and he asked if I could bring the car back to the dealership. I did and, this time, they were able to download info from the electronic system and fix the problem. Al did not charge me at all for the return visit which was very much appreciated. Al even called me on Tues. afternoon to make sure that I was not having any further problems with my car. I was very impressed with the service I received from Quality Automall and especially Al.

I had a squeak in my 3 1/2 year old Ford Escape (2014). It sounded like the chassis, the shocks, or suspension. It turned out that the shocks were worn out. The work was done by late Monday August 7th. No problem at all. Great job!

Seeking,finding,dealing and finally purchasing a 2013 Ford Escape in 2012 was a challenge by itself as you never know how the "FINANCE guy cuts the deal,no matter what you are still a looser.,lost money. After years of recalls,the last one for 2016 finally Thelast recall for 2016 got fixed in 2017.Hope all calls and recalls over. AS for maintenanace,performance ,and quality jobs Quality Auto Mall has been doing an excellent job as so far in the lat 5 years I had no major issues with the vehicle except fill gas and drive.Any lights, warning,oil changes,wipers,tire rotations,light bulbs are all periodically serviced and replaced. My service advisor has always been very helpful in the upkeep of the vehicle. Highly recomended.
