"Charged $1260 In Unnecessary Repairs"

My 2015 Ford was still under factory warranty when it started experiencing heavy shuddering and lack of power. Joe Myers service dept said it was bad fuel and charged me $1261 in repairs. The truck drove badly after picking it up and broke down the next day. I had it towed to Tomball Ford where they determined the problem to be a bad ERG valve and fixed the problem under my warranty. I consistently get fuel from the same station and that station sent me a letter saying they had no other complaints about their fuel and other quality control documentation. Joe Myers refuses to admit they misdiagnosed my tucks problem or refund the $1261 spent on unnecessary repairs even though I have sufficient documentation proving they were wrong.

Katherine Wesp was great from the time I came in and upon delivering my F150 back to me. The problem through us both off from the beginning, but when the problem came back for me to show her what was happening , I drove to the dealership to allow her to see what I was experiencing. I had a great experience with Phillip Holland. When I picked up my truck and drove it home, I noticed a new noise coming from the front end. I took it back and found out that both bushings were now missing from the sway bar. This obviously happened when in the care of your serviceman. Phillip told me it wasnt anything to be concerned with safety-wise, but the noise is driving me crazy. I will have to return it to your shop to have the bushings replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
