Easy check in. Clean service area. Service staff was actually pretty good. Dealer staff ok. Like the car initially, but came to dislike the electronically boosted power steering. Terrible car to drive. Technicians said it was normal. Did not keep the car - in fact turned it in early from the lease. Will not buy another Ford product with such inferior steering.

This is one of the few places where Id actually rather stay and walk around the facility then ask for a shuttle while my car is getting serviced (it doesnt hurt that the different Fords Mustangs are a beauty to look at). Welcomed back by name even though the Service Rep did not have any paperwork to go by. Fast, easy check-in with no pressure to do more than I asked for. Provided with a ride home and back in timely fashion by friendly courteous drivers. Final bill was as quoted and when I got my truck back found that it had not only been washed but cleaned inside as well ! Job well done.
