My wife and I were looking for a new 2017 Sonata at Keyes Hyundai. We were greeted by Bobby Hooker who showed us the different Sonata models and how they were different from one another. We found the perfect car in the Sonata Sport. Bobby sat down with us and offered us a great deal that we could not refuse. After completing the paperwork and doing a final inspection of our new car, Bobby pointed out some scratches that needed to be repaired. The car was taken to a professional body shop that fixed and eliminated the scratches perfectly. We appreciate the buying experience and the customer service that Bobby provided us. The car was at the body shop for 2 weeks and we were provided a rental car at no charge while the car was being repaired. We thank Bobby Hooker for his dedication to customers like us.

I went in to test drive a Genesis. Everyone I encountered at Keyes Hyundai was friendly and accommodating. The sales staff is nice, straightforward, and really willing to work to make a deal. I was very impressed with how comfortable I felt with the sales staff. I didnt have to suffer any negative selling of other cars I was considering or pushy sales tactics. They were just honest and looking for the best way to get me in that Genesis.

I had had my cars oil change and basic fluids serviced at the quick place in Woodland Hills on Topanga Canyon Blvd a few weeks earlier. On Wednesday when I was driving my Veloster, the engine was making deep strange, running hard sounds. I could not keep up with other cars on Coldwater Canyon. I drove straight to Keyes. Eddie lifted the hood and quickly we noticed where the previous company had loosened my air intake hose and it was disconnected and a photo was taken. Eddie was kind and knowledgeable!

I wanted to trade in my Bentley for a G90 After test driving the Genesis G90 and being very content with that experience, Jason their internet manager proceeded along with another sales manager to make a deal with me Once that was done I went in to the Finance lady and proceeded to complete the deal. Drove of in my new gleaming black and beige combo and was thrilled. Was cleaning the car and noticed a couple of nuts missing on two types to prevent the Tyra losing pressure. Called Jason and he was very responsive and will mail the two missing items to me. Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jason.

Jay was an excellent salesman and was very helpful. He went above any beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in the decision making process. Im honestly not thrilled with how much were paying for the lease on our car, but that may be more the fault of Hyundai than the staff at this location. Jays manager kept saying things like "its difficult for us to get you the best deal since youre a first time buyer", but the financing specialist (and the paperwork itself) said I was within the Tier 1 bracket and qualified for the best rates.

I purchased a pre-owned Veloster in January. The sales experience was on par with any car buying experience (back and forth for hours but finally got a decent deal). This review is for my recent visit to service. I have had the car just under 4 months and the tint on the rear window has developed large "finger bubbles" I took it to a tint shop to get the front windows done and asked if they could somehow "fix" the bubbles. Tint shop guy stated that it was not "fixable" and would be ~$100 to replace. He suggested that since I had the car for such a short time that I take it to the dealership which I did today. The service rep took a look at it and stated that he could have one of the detail guys pull it off. I was waiting for him to finish his sentence so I finished for him..."and replace it, right?" He said almost smugly, "No, theyre not going to replace it, its aftermarket." OK - Im not an idiot, I fully understand that its aftermarket and technically, they probably have no liability here. However, being one the most expensive investments people make and as a gesture of good customer service, I certainly expected more than this guys apathetic attitude.

I came in shopping for a used car with my daughter about 6 months ago. We were in an accident where we totaled our brand new Camry. Originally I wanted to go back to Toyota but my daughter did some research on a couple Hyundai models and we liked the fact that it has 10 years of warranty and honestly I hate the over aggresive copy cat lexus styling that the newer Toyotas have. Long story short, we were greeted by Steve Chung who was our product specialist. He was well informed and so patient with us. We test drove 4 cars before I picked out a 2014 Hyundai Sonata with the limited edition package. He even called me on my birthday to offer a free carwash. I brought my husband with me and when I got to the dealership I found out that Steve was promoted to the internet fleet department! Congratulations! Anyway my husband ended up leasing a 2014 Santa Fe. Steve had us in and out of the dealership in under 1 hour. Amazing. My family will never buy a car outside of Keyes Hyundai ever. Thank you Steve!

This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. No locking you in a room until you would pay anything for the car just to go home. Superior customer service, no pushing papers with numbers across the room until you had now idea what you were paying for, comfortable areas to wait in and the sales people came back often to update you on where you were with the process. I would recommend highly and still cant believe how easy it was.

About two years ago I went car shopping with my girlfriend. I suggested she look at the Hyundai Sonata. We went to Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys and test drove the Sonata. Our salesman Oscar Quinonez was so thorough explaining the features, safety and performance that I was sold on the car. I wasnt ready at that time to switch cars, but two years later December 1st I purchased my Sonata Hybrid from Oscar Quinonez. My car buying experience was hassle free - he got me a great deal - the color and features I wanted. And I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. I came here because a friend referred me to the folks at Keyes. I am always sceptical abut dealerships, however, the entire experience at Keyes Hyundai was incredible. Never thought i would laugh so much at a dealership. It was really a great buying experience... from beginning to end. From the sales person, to the internet sales manager, the GM and even the Finance guy... Yes, the finance guy. Great team and an amazing deal! Run, dont walk to Keyes Hyundai!!!
