Megamega Tire Eater - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By Joe - December 26 - 3:40 pmOur car eats tires. We also lost our AWD. Our dealer has fixed the viscous coupler joint and aligned the tires. We still have a serious vibration at 55 mph and above. Our current tires are wearing fast.

ENIGNE, TRANSMISSION & PAINT - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By Bonzar - August 19 - 9:13 pmThis car is junk. At less than 100,000km the paint began to chip, the muffler and exhaust rotted completely, went through 2 sets of tires, and im pretty sure my rotars are long overdue. At 105,000km, I had the engine replaced because of a manufacturers defect. A Piston rod snapped firing the remaining pieces through my block, into the oil pan. At 120,000km, My transmission goes (M.T.). My synchros is finished causing severe grinding when decelerating during a downshift. The stock battery is terrible. I left my stereo on for 10 minutes while the car was off. DEAD. My airbag light came on at 85,000km. The road noise is terrible, the electrical motors in the windows are failing. enuf said?

Hawaiian Aerio SX - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By aeriohawaii - August 18 - 7:23 amI have had the Aerio SX for about 1 month now. The mpg has improved to about 28. The ride is a little firm. But it is Nice to sit up High in the car. Everything has been pretty good, Except it seems that the Left-Side of the car doors, not Not Close and Latch well. I Really Enjoyed the stereo witht he Suwoofer and the 6 CD changer. I Wish that he wheels were a little Bigger, 16 inchers would be nice.

Best In Class - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By tony - October 29 - 11:00 pmI must be honest. My other car is a Porsche, so I expect alot from a car. I have an SX version, red with auto trans. This car is great for an all around commuter - 28 mpg, lots of room for passengers and cargo with more power than anything else for 15,500. Most Materials for the interior are outstanding for price. I think it compares well with the likes of Honda CRV and Hyundai Tuscon, if you dont need the extra 10-15 cubic feet of cargo space - especially with the Aerio being $5-7,000 less. The handling could be a little crisper with flatter cornering, but the red dash lights and the supurb stereo system more than makes up for it. I dont seem to be driving my Porsche so much.

Great Car! - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By suz21 - October 15 - 4:44 amBought this car new. In the first two years, the brakes needing changing out a couple of times, & I am not a heavy brake user--but once I had ceramic brakes installed, no more problems. Apart from that, Ive had zero problems with it for the most part. Very reliable. I am at 80,000 miles and it runs like a dream. Only complaint I have at this point is living in Pacific Northwest & wet winters causes my car to slide about on slick roads if I have to stop too fast. It doesnt have a lot of road traction, and Ive been told due its light weight. The tires are good winter tires, and Ive only had to replace them two times.

Good Bang for Your Buck - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By AL - June 7 - 5:36 pmOverall, this car is excellent for its price. It sure has power and can haul some butt on the road. At first, you may not expect it to be too great for being a new car on the market, but try it and youll end up liking it.

Love this big little car - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By bonnie - December 16 - 10:53 pmAfter driving my saturn for 4 years, I went to purchase another small vehicle due to my long working commute. But, I live in Pa and the weather can be harsh at times...this car got me through the mountains, the horror of driving the highway with all the 18wheelers!! This car is fun, turns the heads of drivers on the highway..and I feel totally safe inside

Much more than expected - 2005 Suzuki Aerio
By Jess - September 6 - 6:16 pmI bought the Aerio SX after surgery because it allowed easy in and out access, and have ended up falling in love with it over the last four years! This car is exceptionally well made (the Japanese are famous for this!) and outperforms many of the more expensive autos Ive owned such as Volvo, BMW, Cadillac, VW and MG. Great gas mileage, ultra reliable, has remained tight and rattle free, and shows little wear over the years. Yes, the front bumper is low, and Id prefer larger tires, but hey, overall no complaints at all with this little gem! The anti-lock brakes and AWD are life savers over and over again. Transmission smooth as silk. Best value for reasonable price!
