Money PIT - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By Tony - March 24 - 3:39 amIve had the car for 2 years and it has been in the shop about 6 times, 2 of which was to replace the rear main seal in less than 10 months. It also has a problem with carbon build up that cost about $600 to clean and a constant rumble noise from the front end even after new tires and front end alignment. Oh yeah not to mention new fuel pump, coolant pump, and fuel rails. I WILL NEVER OWN A VW again but hey if youre still in the market for one ill sell you mine dirt cheap!

Awesome CC - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By Joe Ostarello - March 12 - 6:00 pmI am 64" tall and more comfortable in this auto than i have been larger size luxury models I have owned. It is beyond any doubt a great auto to drive. The only trouble in the 1st 8 months has been a couple of fault warnings for the distance sensors and OBD that did not latch or require service

Time will tell - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By Derasie Lee - March 8 - 2:26 pmI owned a GXP with 303hp before this car. It had much more raw power, but this car can move for it size good pickup. The ride of the car feels a little more upscale, and the design of the car is what made me take a second look at VW. PS still miss the GXP however

By patrick800 - March 2 - 8:30 amA real looker. Nice exterior and interior. Nice engine sound, good performance and decent fuel economy. Enormous trunk. Water leakage issues, water infiltration in rear taillights and mirror lights, fixed by dealer. many dash rattles.

How did they do it at this price???? - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By Tony & Charlie - February 23 - 12:03 amJust bought the 09 CC. Drove BMW,Mercedes and Audi. Have owned BMW and Audi - But no more! This is an amazing car! The build quality exudes German pride! The interior is phenomenal - the design is unlike anything else we looked at (at any price) and it fits like a glove! The 2.0 turbo is amazingly powerful and smooth... Did not feel it was necessary to go to the VR6... The list of standard features is impressive! The C-Class MBZ doesnt even offer heated seats standard... If you are even considering a MBZ, BMW or Audi - You MUST drive this car! No regrets!!!! Even the buying experience was nice - good job VW!

No Longer a VW Amabassador - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By bulldogj - February 19 - 10:45 pmLoved CC in beginning. Work in sales so lot of people see car & commented on. Couldnt take after purchased bcause recall 4 seat wiring. Washed car 1 week later & window leaked due to seal. Then trunk would not close. All warning signs 4 things to come. After no warranty due to miles: dashboard around ignition & glove box started bubbling & peeling. Then trunk would not open. Wire harness broke no obvious rodent chewing that caused it; cost $250.00. Recall steering column console Aug 11. Sept: steering wheel locked & couldnt drive thought due to recall. Nope, diagnosis rack & pinion issue not related to recall - VW svc est $1600.00 plus $80 tow. Sales colleague was buying; no more!

What a VW!! - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By Dr Dan - December 18 - 3:46 amThis is the best car we have owned. Drives great, looks great. Gave it to my wife as a birthday present. She loves the blue color and the numerous features the car has. We have taken it on two trips and it has done great. People stare at it when we stop at lights and restaurants. VW has done a great job on this one. This is our third VW. Happy Driving!!

WATCH THE GAS GUAGE GO DOWN AS YOU DRIVE - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By bobseelos - November 11 - 8:48 pmBought this 4 Motion CC as a model left over after the 2010s had come out on a $499 per month 36 mointh lease, 12000 miles per year. the big negative issue i have with htis vehicle is the gas mileage. Averages about 20 miles per gallon. Car has lots of pickup and is usually driven about 80 on the freeways so I guess this is the reason for the poor gas mileage.

No regrets - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By tk - November 11 - 8:03 pmIt is 5 days since I bought a 09 CC and it is official - no buyers remorse. It is every bit as good as it looks. Drives like a charm, fun to handle and it surrounds u with luxury that is affordable compared to BMW 328(most boring car in this price range) /Audi A4/Accura - they simply do not match the style and finish of this baby. My kids love it and for a change my wife congratulated me on the selection - well that is quite an achievement :)!

Amazing Value! - 2009 Volkswagen CC
By cameron12x - October 27 - 12:43 pmThe Sport trim is an amazing value. The turbocharged 4-cylinder mated to the six-speed manual transmission produces sub 7-second 0-60 times, yet I got 33 mpg on my first road trip! The build quality is first-rate, comfort abounds, and its an incredibly beautiful car just to look at. I cant wait for the parking lot comments!
