Best car ever - 2000 Toyota Echo
By echoer - December 22 - 10:00 amI love this car. I wouldnt give up for a Cadilac. It is however not real comfortable for extended amounts of time. I use it just as a to and from town/work car. For that purpose it is the best Ive ever driven. Its terrible in snow, sleet, rain, especially wind. But those days are few and far between. I would recommend this car to most anyone. Maybe not a teenager.

My XMAS gift to me! - 2000 Toyota Echo
By TLR - October 15 - 4:26 pmI just drove my first Echo home! I bought it for $300 because it had a fender-bender and the driver-side strut was bent. Ill repair tomorrow for about $70! So much cheaper than my 1990 F-150. I rated it all excellent expecting great things from this car. The last small car I had was a 1986 Nissan Sentra. It was a fantastic car other than the rear wheels leaned in (weird camber design). With the way economy is going I am just so darn happy now to be a member of the Echo Family!

Best Car This Family Has Owned! - 2000 Toyota Echo
By Jason - July 31 - 2:36 pmI forced my husband to purchase this car after many Fords and a variety of other American cars. The car will not die! It does leak oil after 130K miles! No smoke from the tailpipe. No major repairs just the brakes and oil. Just the maintenance. I love this car and right now with gas prices at $4 we cannot be happier!

i love this car... - 2000 Toyota Echo
By mgaige - April 16 - 10:00 amHave always enjoyed the car i hated the closeness to the ground of the other cars (i have arthritis and it hurt to get in and out of the cars) w/ the sales man showed me this one and I fell in love with the height, headroom, trunk room, and storage spaces I love the center placement for the speedometer- i dont break my back getting her in and out of the back seat. the get up and go is wonderful, i never have to worry about getting on the highway

best car ever. - 2000 Toyota Echo
By gabrielle - December 2 - 2:00 amthis car is so so so fun to drive. i suddenly love my hour commute to school. its very utilitarian and economic, all the compartments make a great use of space and the gas milage is outstanding. i love how the seats sit up high, being 5 ive felt kind of lost in many of the cars ive driven.
