Last of a dying breed - 2004 Toyota Celica
By Scotty - November 30 - 6:23 pm2004 Celica GT-S with action package is an incredibly stylish and fun ride. The only downsides are that it requires 93 octane Premium gas and has a fairly utilitarian interior. As far as 4 cylinder nonturbo coupes go, you cant beat a Celica for fun driving and quick thrills. The prices that Toyotas go for always reflect their longer lifespan and higher resale value. GT-S models feature Lift, similar to Honda V-Tec system -- with a second head kicking in at 6800 rpm for a quick turbo like boost to redline.

Great car - 2004 Toyota Celica
By toyfan - July 19 - 9:30 amWay better handling , performance than previous gen Celica, plus better fuel economy even though its driven enthusiastically. Great job by Toyota, was hard to locate one with ABS. So far has been trouble free, seems like it will go forever.

More Ups than Downs - 2004 Toyota Celica
By angelphish - July 17 - 10:00 amI love this car so far; however, there are some downfalls. The paint does chip very easily, despite the extra clear coat that was added. This is very upsetting since I take excellent care of the car and wash it at least every other week. The back window creates a huge blind spot. The door paneling scratches easily and shows marks. The radio could be better. There is not much bass at all!Other than that I have had good experiences. The front seat is very comfortable. The fuel economy is amazing! I average about 35.5 with city and hwy combined. The body is beautiful. Action pkg is a must. Very fun to drive. Controls are easy to locate and use.

The BEST I have ever driven in 33yrs.!!! - 2004 Toyota Celica
By Gatorwoman! - July 17 - 10:00 amThis is the second Celica I have had, the first one being a 2000. I leased the 2000 and was determined to get another Celica due to the reliability of this vehicle. In the four years I leased it, this car was the best all around in quality, performance, design, gas milage wise, and just all around FUN!!! I put my seal of approval on this great car, with the knowledge that Toyota will stop making them within the next couple of years....so sad!!!

I think Ive had enough - 2004 Toyota Celica
By toyotagearhead - March 23 - 2:00 amI only bought this car because I needed to drive something. My old Celica got totaled. It is a decent car, however, the exterior design got old real fast. I wish I would have bought a 94 to 99 Celica or waited to see if a new design is going to come out anytime soon.

My GT300 - 2004 Toyota Celica
By gt300 - January 23 - 10:00 amSo much aftermarket high-performance products that will tremendously transform your car from a stocky-stock machine to a fast and the furious type of vehicle, name it carbon fibers, intakes, suspensions, body kits, rear spoilers, 19 inch rims and high- performance race tires, wow simply amazing. Get the Absolute Red and feel like your driving a 360 Ferrari Modena. The Toyota Celica is very stylish, especially when you install toyota certified TRD parts. Great car, I love it so much, fuel economy and the price is unbeatable.

Love my Celica - 2004 Toyota Celica
By Satisfied Consumer - December 21 - 2:00 amWhen I went on the car market to purchase a "reasonably priced" "sporty" vehicle...I chose the Celica for these reasons...1) Toyota name/quality 2) in the price range I was reviewing...the Celica was the only model (of its class) that offerred front wheel drive (its equal to my former Subaru Forester as far as getting around town in the snow and ice)!! 3) It is completely fun and and great to zip around town in (plus) its a great road trip vehicle and performs its best at 100+ mph (not bad for a GT model with a 4 cylinder)!!....the seats arent totally comfortable for hours on end, but again for the price....I couldnt be happier!

Celica - 2004 Toyota Celica
By Cs Celica - May 28 - 10:00 amThe Celicas handling is extremely smooth and agile. The rear bumper is extremely effective in preventing damage when hit at 5mph, (I know this from experience).
