Now Were Talkin Coupe Again - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By Now Im Driven - March 3 - 10:00 amYes! We just purchased a Toyota Camry Solara SE V6 coupe and got a great out- the-door-deal. That aside, the engine is smooth as silk, the ride is quiet and not too harsh. We elected to go with 16 in. aluminum wheels to avoid excessive tire wear. Back to the engine. It really is a sleeper. Like you may have read, its not the fastest coupe, but boy is it stronger than my 83 Pontiac Trans Am (175 hp) and it is certainly better built and more reliable based on Toyotas anal fixation with quality, fit, and comfort. Hurry and get yours before theyre all gone. We now own 2 Camrys (same color, sedan and coupe, 03 and 05 repsectively).

First Toyota and First Convertable - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By SueM - January 20 - 10:00 amLove the look and style of the car. Interior is beautiful, very comfortable. Visibility is terrrible, alot of blind spots, backing up difficult to see. Hesitation on acceleration, otherwise love the car. Suprised for V6 pick up not what I expected, had a 2001 Eclipse, seemed like it had much more power and pick up.

Toyotas for us ! - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By MILK HAULER - January 20 - 10:00 amThis is our second Toyota, first was a 03 Camry XLE. Wife had to have the soft top. So far this seems to be a great machine. Its got the bling factor she needed for a progressive real-estate broker. The fuel milage and sportyness to make it fun to drive! Thanks Toyota!

2005 Solara - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By notop4me - December 18 - 4:46 amBought when we went into showroom and saw on floor. Took on test drive and fell in love with it. Have had no reason to return to dealer other than service. (oil change, etc). This is a well built car, and if you want a very comfortable highway driver and a convertible to boot, I would recommend this one.

Im going back for another this fall! - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By badassjen - December 10 - 8:30 amThis has been by far, the most reliable car I have ever owned. As an avid convertible fan, this being my fourth, I find the top up ride to be quite noiseless. You dont hear the wind noise, and no rattling. When the top is down, it is a head-turner. I was surprised that I am constantly stopped by people in parking lots or even at traffic lights so they can tell me how gorgeous my car is and ask me how I like it. As for the reliability, I have only had to have regular oil changes. I havent had a single issue. The interior is gorgeous and flawless. The leather is great quality and the stereo system surpasses that of comparable cars. Overall, a great purchase!

Proud Solara owner - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By Libby - September 11 - 9:56 amI compared Volkswagon, Honda, Nissan, BMW and Toyota and absolutely couldnt find a better value. This car combines my desire for style, performance, reliability and resale value. It offers the look and features of a much more expensive vehicle.

Love My Car - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By kathy - July 23 - 9:40 pmI am very impressed with the quality of this car, the ride is smooth like a big car. It gets great gas mileage, runs quite, only wish I had bought a convertible. Cause they run about the same price. Nothing bad to say about this car.

GOOD & BAD OF TOYOTA SE SPORT - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By B OB SUMMERS - June 19 - 10:50 pmThe styling of my Solara is very sleek and has been compared to the Lexus. The interior is beautifully trimmed with everything in its place. gas mileage on the open road is great. The only problem I have is the SE Sport is too stiff. I should have gotten the SE.
