  • XL-7 - GREAT RIDE! - 2002 Suzuki XL-7

Five months and 7200 miles and were still in love with our XL-7. Wife had reservations about SUV (previously drove Cutlass), but now says she will never drive a car again! Truck rides and drives GREAT! I no longer get tired on long trips! Daughter loves the rear air, extra leg room, and reclining rear seats. We didnt need third row seating, but had to buy that way to get rear air. We removed third row seat cushion and that provided flat load floor. Still needs cargo net to keep groceries from falling out on feet when rear door opened. Truck has not been back to dealer since the day we left. There has been no need!

We just got this car, and absolutely love it more each time we drive it. It cant possibly be the same vehicle the reviewers are talking about. It is peppy, quiet, comfortable and with excellent build quality.

I love my XL-7. I got it after I needed to use my aunts XL-7 and loved it. It has plenty of room for myself and children. I recently took it on a road trip and it did wonderful. This truck is a keeper until its time to trade it in and even then Itll be for another XL- 7.

  • Love It! - 2002 Suzuki XL-7

I bought this SUV 2 years ago and fell in love from the start. The only problem Ive had besides normal wear and tear was the ABS kicking in prematurely when I first bought it. Once the problem was fixed with my warranty the car has been nothing but awesome! The gas mileage is average, but the way the car handles and the fun I have driving it makes up for it. I was sad to find out Id have to get rid of it, due to child #3 and no room, but I am trading it in for a newer XL-7 with a 3rd row seat. I have driven several SUVs, this has been the best by far! Love it on long trips, which are taken often. Anyone who has numerous problems must have a lemon and should give the XL-7 a second chance.

  • Seven Seater SUV - 2002 Suzuki XL-7

This car is a great all purpose car. 4WD for offroad and the snow, while seating up to 7 9albeit a coupel of kids in the back). Fuel economy for this size car is great but dont compare to a midsize car. It drives well and the standard features are fantastic. Compare it to other SUVs in this size and you will be amazed at the value.

We bought this vehicle for the express purpose of using it to tour the U.S. (and be able to go anyway) when we retired, and knowing the third seat will be down 99% of the time. Have had the vehicle 18 months now, with only required maintenance done on it and regularly get 20-21 mpg. This is one vehicle I have no problem recommeding to others.

  • on to alaska - 2002 Suzuki XL-7

traded a chev astro van for this one because i wanted a 4x4 for my trip to alaska.- read more reviews than i can remember, but this car is true to them.- for now have been using it on the back roads of Baja Calif and no complaints.- Expect the gas milage to improve as the engine settles down.- my two fulled sized dogs ( boxers) love it.- the trunk holds all my camping gear and with the side opening door its easy to get to.- What I really like is its is not rounded like the other midsize suvs.- its lines are straight and sleek and it doesnt look oversized.-

This vehicle is a fantastic SUV. Not only does she look sleek and classy. Her handling is excellent. Brakes are a little squashy but still are very good when stopping is a must. The back hach opening is a dream. Opening from the side instead of downward, is way better and convenient. The 4wd in bad winter conditions has proven itself to me as the best ive seen yet in handling slushly, slippery roads. All in all it was thee best investment ive ever made!! Suzuki out did themselves with this SUV.
