Best car I ever had - 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Al - April 1 - 4:00 pmI like this car a lot the style is great the interior is top notch. I think the best thing is I got mine with the v8 which is believe it or not is rather good on gas I average 23 mpg that is better than my Taurus when running only did 18 mpg now it does 0. I should have purchased this car along time ago. I am done with v6 motors I have had no luck with them .

Awesome Aurora - 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Kubes - March 19 - 10:00 amIve owned this Aurora since 8/2002 and have had no problems. 25k when purchased and 50k currently. V8 growls with plenty of power, gas mileage is not bad for a V8, approx. 21mpg. Stereo is very nice, heated seats are awesome, tons of room in the back seats, power seats are nice. Only problem is very little headroom in front drivers seat, Ive adjusted the seats as many ways as imaginable and just make it...Im only 6? Otherwise, awesome car!

Best American Sedan Ever Built - 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Orlin - January 14 - 10:00 amThe Aurora was years ahead of the car market in every aspect in 1994 when it introduced the first Aurora and is truly a great car in every way. This was my 3rd Aurora, a 1999, I previously had a 1995 and I also still have a 1997 Aurora (with 194,000 miles). This is the best American sedan built. Ive looked for several years for an American made car to replace the 1999 and there are none that can top it. Living in America and also living in Michigan, I will not drive a foreign car.

Dependable! - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Beto - January 11 - 10:00 amThis is my second Aurora and there is no car out there that looks like it. It has its own unique design. Its my second because of its dependablity. No problems..thanks to OLDS for a nice sharp, quick(V8), dependable car!!

98 Aurora is a great car! - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By sks280 - January 8 - 10:00 amSince purchasing my 98 Aurora new in 99, I have had virtually no problems until last week. My speedometer started a jerking action from 35 to 55 MPH and the transmission was trying to adjust to the speed it was showing, which caused some surging. I took it immediately to a GM Dealer who advised me two hours later that it would cost $2200 in parts and labor to fix. The electronics problem was going to require them to pull and replace several parts. This makes absolutely no sense to me! The car only has 39,000 miles on it, has never been wrecked or mishandled and always serviced. Other than that, I love my car!

Hidden Gem - 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Eric - December 22 - 3:13 amLooks, performance, handling, luxury -- this car has it all. It does everything well in a neat and tidy package. The engine is smooth and powerful and gets decent fuel economy. The suspension smooths out the bumps and takes corners with aggression. The exterior styling while not overt is modern and pleasing to the eyes. The interior is very comfortable and all of the controls fall easily at hand.

Aurora - Keep these around! - 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Photeus - December 16 - 6:33 pmAfter a year in the 3.5 Aurora, It loks and feels brand new. I have had no problems of any type with this vehicle. It is quick off the line, and holds its own at highway speeds, never leaving you wanting for passing power. I hope that another line picks up this car when Olds tosses in the towel. It is the only thing worth salvaging in their line. I had an Intrigue and will never step down again from the quality of this car.

Love the Drive - 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora
By robamra - November 23 - 2:00 amI drive a lot of highway miles. This car has given me comfort and pride. I have had no problems in any type of weather that I have encurred while driving. I live in NorthEast Indiana and the drives to the New York, Chicago, Cincinatti, Detroit, and others have been relaxing without problems. The gas milage hasnt been bad at all either!
