Solid truck .......as well if not better built than Ford! If the reliability runs like most Nissans ...the Big Three are in "Big Trouble!" Dont take my word for it......drive one and then be sure to drive a Ford, Chevy or Dodge asap.........and BE HONEST......no comparison!

Comfortable, powerful, properly executed full size pickup.. I only have one complaint. There is no way to turn off the traction control! 305 horsepower/379 ft/lb of torque and no smokey burnouts, even with VDC turned off. I just want those "HEMI" owners to smell a little smoke when my Titan is smokin em!!

  • Not bad so far - 2004 Nissan Titan

Ive made a couple other posts on here. Ive had my Titan SE for about 5 months now and still love it. It has some minor issues, but thats to be expected from a new model. Front brake rotors were underdesigned and a kit is coming out soon to replace them. My dealer has been great about taking care of problems. Ive been in twice and rotors were cut and/ or replaced with no questions asked. There is also an issue with the front window switches. Both are on order and being covered by the warranty. Windows are sometimes stubborn to go back up. Other than a few rattles that really cant be heard with the radio on, Ive very pleased and would recommend new buyers at least check it out.

It took four trips to two different dealerships to find the rattles in the dash. Turns out that the two front corners of the dash had not been secured. Also had a paint defect where the paint peeled off of the front bumper. After a couple of hundred dollars in car rental fees I hope everything goes smoother now.

  • Front left seal at Pumpkin leakage - 2004 Nissan Titan

I brought my truck to the dealership after noticed a shiny area around mt front diff when I put my hand up to touch it it moved around like a joy stick. I bough it to the dealer and they popped the seal back in and filled it back up with diff fluid. They refused to cover it under warranty because I have a PRG leveling kit, I know other who have had the same problem lift kit or not and got it covered. I spent $95. Very disappointing.

  • Great power - 2004 Nissan Titan

Overall have been very happy with the truck. Great pickup power, strong handling. A couple of minor complaints with fit and finish but any issues Nissan has fixed under warranty. Only downside is the gas mileage. averaging 13.5 to 14 mpg.

The cab is spaceous and comfortable. Great power. A former Dodge owner, this is much more vehicle for the money. The gas mileage is less than desirable, but its a V8. Had to get use to rolling the windows down and making sure I locked the doors when exiting. Also had to get used to adjusting the side view mirrors from the outside, no power. Yet, a great vehicle for the money. Fog lamps are not an option. A feature almost a necessity here in Georgia.

  • I love this truck! - 2004 Nissan Titan

Almost 20,000 miles now. I leased this truck last May kind of as a birthday present to myself and have loved it ever since! It is my first truck, but I have driven many as I grew up on a farm. I love that it does have a more city look to it since I feel more like a city kid than a farm kid. My country inlaws joke about it coming from a cracker jack box, but quickly quiet down when they hear my engine roar as they eat my dust. My inlaws all have trucks, diesel dodges, v8 dodges, diesel fords, and my dad has a chevy duramax. My titan by far outperforms when it comes to sheer speed and handling. It also tows like a banshee for a v8. Hey dodge driver, do my taillights work? I LOVE THIS TRUCK!
