I had a 2002 Dodge crew cab, I stopped by just to look at a new truck design, all it took was a short trip, goodbye Dodge, even though the move cost me 1000s in deprication. This is the most fun truck I ever driven. It should come with a radar detector though as the quick accelleration could easily get you in serious trouble. Odd thing is my Dodge was made in Mexico, my Nissan is made in Miss. and the quality difference shows. Be ready to pay full sticker, there are no deals on these.

  • Solid Truck - 2004 Nissan Titan

Overall the Titan is a solid truck. We have the Big Tow and average about 13.5 with the first 2 tanks. Interior plastic is cheap feeling. Seats and comfort is excellent. CC is very roomy. Exterior is excellent, the truck is a looker. I have yet to tow anything heavy. With the power underhood, heavy loads should not be much of a problem!

  • Great truck all the way. - 2004 Nissan Titan

This is a great truck. Design and features are the best in the industry. The nearest is the new F150, which costs more than the Titan when you option it up, also it is amazing to think this is Nissans first full size pickup. For a first attempt, this is a solid 9 overall. Even mileage is not bad, its a full size truck remember, 15 overall is better then my wifes SUV.

The titan by far is superior in size, power and room when you campare it to similar trucks and sport cars. I love everthing about the vehicle but I had to get use to using roll up windows and making sure the doors are locked (XEs do not come with power windows and door locks and I did not want to get carried away with options). The best part about this vehicle is its power and some people think the vehicle is so expensive from the looks. I was able to upgrade from my 99 Sentra to this beast for $48 dollars more a month ($328 over invoice and 2% financing helps alot). But with gas so dang high I can not travel freely without thinking about that low MPG.

I have waited on this truck for over a year and this truck is everything I hoped it would be. I have only driven a little over 300 miles so far, and it handles great. Acceleration is smooth and very powerful. Heads turn when this truck rolls. Not kidding. Gas mileage is hitting around town at about 15, but expect to get a little better as it gets a few more miles on it. The crew cab has lots of leg room in front and back seat with comfortable seating. The back seats actually have enough recline angle to be comforable. The only problem I forsee is keeping my wife in her Max and out of my truck. I am very satisfied.

You simply cannot buy more truck for the money. Ford and Chevy have Nissan on the interior niceties, but drivetrain, engine, and usability define the Nissan

While I think Nissan should have done a little better with the quality of materials inside the truck, I am very happy with it. Everyone looks at it. Nice to know I have the power under the hood. Planning a 2000 mile road trip soon so well se how it behaves.
