The 2004 Nissan Titan is an all-new full-size truck. It was designed to compete head-on with the best-selling half-ton trucks from Ford, GM and Dodge.

Pros:
  • Powerful standard V8, smooth-riding suspension, spacious cabin with high-grade materials, innovative design features, available stability control and side airbags.
Cons:
  • Limited drivetrain and body style choices, no heavy-duty models.

  • Tundra What? - 2004 Nissan Titan
    By -

This is it, except for the new Ford nothing comes close. I wanted a Tundra in the worst way however Toyota has a lot of improving to do. It was a close call between the F-150 and titan however the Titan won me over with its all around competance. If you took the motor/tranny from the Titan and put it in a F-150 you would have possibly the best selling truck for 5 years with no major changes. I did like the F-150 interior though.

  • What a great feeling truck to drive - 2004 Nissan Titan

The truck itself is fun to drive, my only concern the lack of quality and the lack of customer service from nissan USA. Many issues with part not fitted right or not at all.

  • Great Truck - 2004 Nissan Titan

I traded in an F250 Super Duty crew cab with four wheel drive. I havent regretted it yet. This is a great truck. Solid, tight, a performer and great looking. The front bucket seats are exceptionally comfortable and the ride very quiet. Performance is a plus. Good gas mileage is lacking, although I believe Im getting better than others have reported. I do a lot of highway driving and have seen 20.3 mpg and as good as 18.4 mpg, combined. Im averaging about 17. Not bad when you compare it to the 12 mpg I was getting in my Ford. Although Ive only had my Titan for a month, overall, Im very happy with the purchase. I think Ill keep her.

  • best truck ever - 2004 Nissan Titan

this truck is the best truck ever without a doubt. I love it. It overpowers all the others and looks better too. the toyota is too small and underpowered and the others have that "quality american build" feature attached to them.

  • 1st Full Size Truck, AWESOME!!!!!!!!! - 2004 Nissan Titan

This is my very 1st full size truck and it is AWESOME!!!! I never expected to enjoy driving a vehicle as much as I do my Titan. Its got plenty of power and its very comfortable. Cant wait to tow something huge!

  • The Best Beast - 2004 Nissan Titan
    By -

This truck is a beast! Wow, the power and handling put the Big 3 to shame. The 5-speed tranny shifts so smoothly I forget Im in a truck. My only complaints: bucket seats are not very supportive and lack good side bolsters, cheap interior plastic scratches very easily, no tire options yet available for the BFG Rugged Trails. Overall, the best truck value....

  • Titan Up - 2004 Nissan Titan
    By -

Vehicle is only 2 weeks old with 1000 miles. You think you are driving a sports car , then you look back and see a pickup bed back there. Ours is a base model crew cab. Wish it had limited slip differential. Previous chevy owner, 6 since 1995. This Titan is awesome and as a bonus it is 3k cheaper than others. So far 15-16 mpg including a lot of hiway driving at 75- 85 mph

  • i love that truk its the best - 2004 Nissan Titan

im honda buyer but when i drove the titan its like you driving a dream its like no other its just great truck
