Love It! - 2004 Nissan Titan
By gdgtdad - July 4 - 10:00 amTons of room. I am 65" and have @ least 5" of leg room sitting behind driver seat W/it slid all the way back.Gas milage is averaging about 12- 13 but its a powerful truck I wasnt expecting 20MPG or better.I love the flip up rear seats.Being taller I do tend to be looking through the top tint of the windshield but its not that big a deal.I was suprised that I could not activate the interior lights by fully engaging the dimmer knob. You have to flip switches individually to make this happen. Also my dimmer switch seems extra sensitive and I find it difficult to maintain the dim setting for dash lights that I like.Had to replace center console in 1st month.

Great for the price - 2004 Nissan Titan
By Joe - April 30 - 9:43 pmBeside the bolts on the tie rodes not tightened resulting in a trip back to the dealership and the light always going on for the low tire pressure, I really like this truck. The gas mileage is about 11.5 mpg which I dont think could get any worse. But it is a truck and it is very user-friendly and the ride is great.

Fun to Own - 2004 Nissan Titan
By George G. - April 10 - 10:00 amDo to the short time of owning this vehicle I can not give a long term review, but I can say that it has delivered everything the company advertises. I have yet to use it Off- Road but I expect it to handle just fine for a stock vehicle. The mileage could be better, but I still think it is a winner.

shaking steering wheel when breaking - 2004 Nissan Titan
By Sergio Baylon - January 19 - 7:10 pmfun to drive, when braking steering wheel shakes a lot (I mean a lot!!!), and the worst thing is they dont have enough spare parts to fix the problem (long waiting list, Ive been waiting since dec 9!!). Dealer says spare parts will fix problem temporarily, while nissan is finding out the real solution. I heard Nissan Armada got same problem.

probably wouldnt purchase again. - 2004 Nissan Titan
By boise - January 18 - 8:50 amI purchased a 04 se titan 4x4 w/ big tow and off rd pkg new 1/05. fun truck and looks nice, but i dont think i would ever buy one if i had another go at it. Fun to drive as long as you turn off the traction control everytime you get in it. Ive told many people it would be a great truck, if I bought it for my wife to drive the kids around in, but im not married so....I feel its a very safe "street" vehicle. if you plan on going anywhere you might need 4wd, lock it in before its needed. otherwise you might not get it to engage on demand. the mpg is not too good compared to alot of other trucks. I had to have the brake jutter kit installed. that did seem to take care of that issue.

80,000 And Still Love This Truck - 2004 Nissan Titan
By Scott - December 30 - 5:33 pmPurchased the truck in 04 new and have had NO problem except the initial brake issue that Nissan took care of until a recently having problem with A/C control knob. A very minor first problem after 4 years and 80,000 miles. I cant imagine why Nissan is talking with Dodge to design the next generation Titan!! Except for MPG I would love to keep the truck for many years to come!

28,000 MISTAKE - 2004 Nissan Titan
By in2tv - September 15 - 10:00 amI beleive I made a 28,000.00 mistake. After test driving the truck on a smooth highway, I decided, well it a little stiff but power makes up for it. But now I am driving it everyday on the 10 FWY in the San Gabriel Valley and I am practically being tossed out of my seat. The ride is extremely rough and harsh. Yes I have already checked the tire pressure!!
