  Good, but could do better - 2004 Nissan Titan

  Bought new in 04 and I have had several problems with it. First my windshield washer tank was cracked. Then it went to the infamous brake shudder, took it in 3 times before Nissan came out with a fix. Paint has chipped off the painted front bumper plastics. Dash rattles, seats rattle. Rear end leafs squeak. Most of this is minor and it didnt really bother me that much. I have had Chevy and dodge and ive had problems with them too.

  This has been a very good truck so far. Ive only put 1000mi on it, the gas prices are too high. Overall Im not very pleased with the gas mileage so far. The power of this truck is unbelievable, it is fun to put your foot into it, (this could explain the gas mileage). Ergonomics and attention to detail is excellent in this truck. Overall a wise purchase on my part.

  Ive owned several trucks and have never been really "Brand Loyal". I usually go with the best bang for my buck! But that may change unless the Ford, GM and Dodge designers do alot of work because none of them are even close to this truck!!! Fit and Finish are head and shoulders above the rest. Im sure by now that everyone has heard the reviews of the drive train! Nissian hit the first pitch out of the park with this one!!!!!!!!!

  The Titan is an excellent choice for an average truck user. The reliability rating is based on 4 months so this is not an adequate assessment. I enjoy the performance, cab size (crew cab), and the fact that my truck doesnt not look like ever other truck on the road.

  I just traded in a 2002 Tundra and had a Ford before that. This truck is awesome. The motor trans combo is perfect for a half ton truck. Everything is where it should be in my mind. The cargo system works great. I have towed a 3500 lb trailer over a thousand miles and the truck performed flawlessly. Great truck overall

  It drives and handles great. It has plenty of performance. The interior is very comfortable. It is easy to load items in and out of it.

  $500 over rebate was finally obtained, and the truck is great. I read reviews about the major contenders, and you wont be sorry with the Nissan. My only disappointent is towing an open car trailer gets me around 9.5 mpg. Otherwise, its sporty, fast, comfortable, fairly good on gas when not towing, nice list of features and amenities. When I do tow, you hardly know there is a trailer back there, its that solid. Ive test driven the competition, and Im much more satisfied with this truck than any other.

  I got the king cab w/ leather. Ive only had it a week and a half, but I absolutely love the thing. Great handling, acceleration and power. 6 CD changer by Rockford Fosgate is the bomb! Had GMCs for years and this just blows it away. Made in U.S, too. Way too many little things to mention. Very well thought out machine. My buddy works at the dealership and he went to Texas for a closed road testing all day. He was very impressed w/ handling and braking. Has disc brakes all around. I would highly reccomend it. The only thing I really dislike is the gas mileage but it should get better as engine breaks in.

  I have only owned my Titan for a month but it is the best truck I have ever owned it rides great and looks good. Nissan did a good job on designing this truck. I love the way it drives it has a lot of comfort and power. All of the interior part are were the driver has easy access. the engine has so much power this truck will nearly fly it is a very smooth ride it feels like you are floating and truck has great pick up speed and also great stoping. It handles great it is not like most vehicles where you have to get acclimated to it to drive it. The truck will not nose dive on quick stops. All around I think nissan did a great job on this truck.
