Overview & Reviews
Crew cab models receive a standard power up/down rear window with defroster, while all models get a tailgate with dampened assist. Other changes include new active head restraints for the driver and front passenger, new badging on the front doors and a unique wheel finish for SE models. The LE receives brushed aluminum interior trim accents and a leather-appointed bench seat is available in place of the buckets. The popular spray-in bedliner is now available as a stand-alone option on the XE.
- One of the best drivetrains in its class, smooth-riding suspension, spacious and functional cabin, innovative design features, available stability control and side airbags.
- Limited drivetrain and body style choices, no heavy-duty models, burly exhaust note can get annoying on long drives.

Titan - 2005 Nissan Titan
By T Scott - May 18 - 4:26 amFun to drive and the best sounding stock truck I have ever heard. Poor fuel mileage. Moderate fit and finish.

By DSHESS57 - April 29 - 9:13 pmthis has the most cab space of any extended cab pick-up i have previously purchased. interior design easy to manage all control knobs. strong sturdy ride. truck rides and feels really solid. no rattles inside of cab. wish it were a little more sound proof. hear a lot of outside sounds with windows up. overall very satisfied with truck. i will purchase another when i need another vehicle.

Couldnt be happier - 2005 Nissan Titan
By GBrown - March 23 - 4:56 pmTest drove every full sized truck available and the Titan stood out from the rest. Great features, controls logically placed and comfortable made it the clear choice for me. After 6 months with zero problems if find myself liking it even more as time goes on.

My Black Titan 4X4 - 2005 Nissan Titan
By D. Webb - January 24 - 5:00 amThere is only one thing that I would change in this truck and thats the drivers seat. The truck performs and handles so well that the seat needs to be more ergonomically designed so it holds you in place better.

Great - 2005 Nissan Titan
By Wanda Allen - January 13 - 6:53 pmWe have enjoyed our truck greatly. We love all the room it provides especially having 2 children and going on long camping trips. We have a 27 foot camper and have no problems with pulling it. We have even pulled the camper in the mountains with no problems. This will be 1 truck we keep until the wheels fall off.

Great - 2005 Nissan Titan
By Damien - January 11 - 3:23 pmI bought my 2005 Titan in january and love driving it. No other truck can match up to it superior capablities and options. For and 18 y/o a $35,000 truck was a little high. My dealership gave me the worst buying experience but i really wanted the truck. The truck has a few minor discrpences but oveall the best bang for your buck. No other trucks are even made with navigation. Ford or Chevy trucks do not even make them even in their Denalis or escalades. Any chevy or ford truck you put up next to the titan will be more expensive and only be the base model but Nissan listened to the consumers and made the luxury truck affordable. If anyone has figured out how the make the nav play DVDs email-

Owned for 3 years - 2005 Nissan Titan
By mountainlifer - January 3 - 3:12 pmIm not someone who bought this truck a month ago and is about to gush about its reliability (whats with those reviewers anyway?) Purchased this truck 3.5 years ago, have put 50k KM mountain town driving on it. Only issue Ive run in to is warping brake rotors, easily solved with HD brakes. The paint is nothing to phone home about, but definitely not sub par. Hauls a sled like its not even there and shreds the highway between Whis and Van as fast as youd ever want to. Expected a lot, and it has exceeded my expectations. Design/Layout are my favorite as well. 66" box is awesome, but cab is still very spacious and overall truck is very nimble. America still makes a great truck.
