  Disappointing - 2004 Nissan Titan

  This is my first and, unfortunately, last Titan. I was immediately drawn to it due to its looks, power, and roomy back seat (no one comes close to 2nd row seat). The front bucket seats are extremely comfortable, especially for long trips, and the initial fit and finish of the interior is great. I tow a lot during the summer and it pulls effortlessly and handles well. But I have had nothing but problems. First, they had a shimmer/shake brake issue that was recalled, but just a "quick fix" performed (ground down rotors, which eventually warped). There are so many squeaks and rattles in and behind the dash its almost maddening. Very cheap lock mechanism on outside storage compartment.

  Cant say enough about it. Great Truck! Power is awesome! Smooth ride, plenty of interior space, easy controls. Package items work-someone was thinking with the factory sprayed- in bed liner! You cant go wrong with the utility package and tow package. Too bad it took Nissan to come up with a truck that was designed by truck drivers!

  More Bang for your Buck - 2004 Nissan Titan

  I used to have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4X, and it was a great and dependable vehicle. I examined the Dodge Ram 1500 and the Titan, and though the Dodge offerd many incentives to buy, I still felt the Titan offered more Bang for the buck. I also feel with the great reputation of Nissan, this truck will give years of good dependable service. I only have this truck for just over a month, but it performs as advertized, and the interior is like a Infinite with a bed attached. I would highly recommend this truck. Look-Out Ford Dodge & Chevy P.S..Everyone looks at this truck when I go buy, its still very rare around here...!

  great cowgirl truck - 2004 Nissan Titan

  Needed a V8 to tow a horse trailer, and the GMC/Chevy option was not nearly as well equipped, nor as good looking and functional. I shopped around and got exactly the options I wanted, with an excellent Nissan finance deal (2% for 60 months), traded in my V6 and drove the Titan home yesterday. Mileage is estimated to be exactly what my Tacoma was getting, but with this, I dont need to pedal when towing uphill!

  I have owned Dodge, Ford, and Chevy trucks and this Titan is the best truck I have owned to this day. Most powerful fun to drive vehicle I have ever had. Great for working or playing. Tows like a big dog and more interior room than my Dodge Ram Quadcab had. Very sporty truck.

  Cant say enough about this vehicle. Have owned both Chevy and Ford trucks and after owning it for just one month, its head and shoulders above both. It has pleanty of power, interior room and a ride thats smooth as silk. I have the King Cab version ( extended cab) and the interior room and seat comfort were put to the test recently. Two 17 year olds, both 6 feet tall, in the back seat for 3 hours each way. The guys said the seating was ok, but 3 hours was the limit for the back seat. Those 3 hours were pure enjoyment for the driver. Great drivers seat (captain), driving position and very smooth ride.

  This truck is all that and more. I cant believe i wasted all that time test driving the Fords and Dodges. Now, im comfortably looking at them in my rear view window.
