  • Great Truck - 2004 Nissan Titan

Previous owner of a 2000 Chevy Silverado LT. Two weeks ago, we purchased a Titan LE with Big Tow and Off-Road Package w/ Leather about two weeks ago from a local dealership for $34,000 even. IMHO, this truck rides much better.

Very enjoyable truck! It has power baby! POWER! I have been reviewing this truck for 5 months before buying it. I was planning to wait until December, but could not wait any longer, I wanted it. Im a long time vehicle holder, Im expecting this truck to last without many break downs. Get a knowledge salesman and take the Ford 150 over and compare the difference. I believe edmunds.com know what their talking about when they selected this truck. (some body there did there homework!) Bottom line, its a BIG TRUCK for a Nissan company. Im proud to own it!

Despite the seatbelt recall, everything else on the Truck is superb. Original brakes lasted over 80K. Will surpass 100 miles by Dec 2009. Now that it is broken in, I cant wait for the next 200,000 miles. This truck is my quad. The vehicle is in excellent condition. Love my truck.

  • Lights out - 2004 Nissan Titan

Have been pretty pleased with this truck. Dealer fixed brake problems early on. One thing though is that many times at night when I turn on the right hand turn signal the lights go off. This has scared the crap out of me as driving at high speeds at night and the lights go out when I turn on the right hand signal and a few times when I go from dims to bright. Anyone else experience this? Always in a panic to turn them back on.

  • Not bad for first time out - 2004 Nissan Titan

Very impressed with the Titan. Drove a Tundra prior and there is no comparison. The Titan is bigger, roomier, and definately more powerful. Sure the Tundra is more refined and luxurious but this is a truck, not a Lexus. The Titan identifies what the truck owner needs.

  • Great Truck Overall - 2004 Nissan Titan

I bought this truck used off of my father because my lease on my Mercedes was about over. I drove this truck when visiting him and I really loved it. I never considered myself a truck person, but now I dont know how I could live without one. I use it for all sorts of things. Home projects, carrying bikes, moving large items. The interior is nicely appointed and this truck is fast and powerful. Ive out run respectable performance sedans entering the highway where two lanes go down to one with 4 people. This truck has the optional Big Tow package and 4WD. Ive moved some heavy items with this truck without issue. Reliability has been good, except for a radiator leak at 30k miles.

fairly solid and quiet vehicle. plenty of power and torque. both exterior and interior lighting is excellent. I have not had any brake component problems...yet. Test drove all others available and by far the titan out- performs.
