Overview & Reviews
The 2008 Nissan Rogue is an all-new compact crossover SUV.
- Very carlike driving experience, supple ride, well-crafted interior, comfy front seats, excellent brakes, sweet-sounding optional Bose stereo.
- Less cargo capacity and versatility than some other compact crossovers, standard CVT is a poor match for the engine, impaired outward visibility.

Beautiful Car - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By mark - May 26 - 11:36 pmI traded a Mercury Cougar for My Rogue and so far I love it! The car is beautiful and a joy to drive. The sound system is first rate and I love having satellite radio and will actually keep it after the trial period. The cargo area is big and roomy. I wish a car cover would have come with the car. I have no garage and want to keep it pristine because I plan to keep it for a long time. So I am saving for a car cover!

My best Christmas Present - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By Marcelo Chaparro - May 6 - 5:50 pmMy wife and I just got the Rogue as a Christmas present. Let me tell you that after doing a lot of research (CR-V, RAV4, Tucson), I found the Nissan Rogue the best SUV/CUV you can find in the market. We fell in love with this SUV the first time we drove it. It is nice and quiet, sporty, cool looking and great features, and the best is 100% Japanese. We just love it.

Best Vehicle Ever Owned - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By Pat - April 24 - 10:16 amIts a pleasure to own this vehicle it rides well accelerates smoothly handles great around corners and handles well in snow. I have had some minor issues with the low tire indicator, outdoor temp sensor but thats it. I have put a lot of miles on it by making lots of trips and its been a great car. Gas mileage is great i have averaged up tp 29mpg at 75mph.

Very poor performance in bad weather - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By VERY BAD TIRES!! - April 12 - 12:50 amNice looking & comfortable riding car in general. However, had lots of problems with indicator lights, air bag warning system, within the first few months of owning the car. Had to bring it back to the dealer for repairs many times. Also going through my first winter in MA with the car and already in two months had several near accidents and then recently skidded into a guard rail while only driving 25 mph. The tires are inferior with VERY POOR performance. Warning... check your tires and be very careful driving with them.

Brand New Rogue - McLovin this car! - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By wmson2000 - April 3 - 1:26 amTested the CRV and the Rav4. Both were nice but not as good of a value as the Rogue. CRV was close but didnt handle as well. Rogue is slightly smaller. Much better feature list. Quieter than the competition. Sportier feel. Interior looks like a lux car. First 100 miles, 28mpg! Handled nicely in the rain. Zenon headlights are awesome in the dark. This is my 4th Nissan. Big fan of value and reliability of Nissan.

Very disappointed! !!! - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By kiki - March 22 - 6:28 amMy first car. Its a shame that I am not too happy. Two days every other week I have to call out of work. Because it will blank out in the middle of traffic the same distance everytime. Now a few months later. Its getting kinda cold. When I start it in the morning. When I press the gas the car goes no where. I Will Then Have To Turn Off The Ignition Then Turn It Back On Five Minutes later. I hate it. My biggest turn off.

Great crossover - 2008 Nissan Rogue
By Dr. Karen - January 27 - 5:53 pmI drove minivans for 15 years and love the Rogue because it combines the best of what I loved about minivans with the comfort of a sedan. I am happy with the mileage (24.5 mpg city, 25 mixed city highway, 27+ highway) so far. I think its a very attractive crossover for the price.
