  • Happy with the choice - 2008 Nissan Rogue

Have only owned the car for a few weeks, but living in WI we have had a good opportunity to test out the AWD in snow and rain and it is outstanding. We looked at other crossovers, but have owned three Nissan Maximas with total satisfaction, so went with the Rogue. I had a PT Cruiser for five years and it was a nice little car, but I have to say this is much more enjoyable to drive. The front passenger seat on the PT Cruiser folded down and I found I used this feature all the time. The others like Rav4 didnt have this available. My wifes car is an Acura TL and she even loves to drive this car.

  • Lovin it! - 2008 Nissan Rogue

I purchased my Rogue on 7/12, trading an 01 Toyota RAV4. After doing a lot of research (via Edmunds), and test-driving a few other vehicles (Jeep Liberty, Ford Escape, Hyundai Tucson), I tried out the Rogue. I was sold! The ride is incredibly smooth, seems like a much larger, more expensive sedan. To echo another WV owner, it has plenty of power to get me where I need to go in our Mountain State! Im on the first tank of gas that Ive purchased; mileage is looking good! I would like to see a locking fuel door, however.

  • Great car to drive - 2008 Nissan Rogue

I got the fully loaded AWD with all the add-ons. I find the ride very smooth and comfortable. Style is an eye catcher and Blue Tooth and Home Link are features you normally only find in high priced cars. Nissan never disappoints when it come to class in its cars.

  • Nissan Rogue SL AWD Review (no prem pkg) - 2008 Nissan Rogue

I dont usually complete reviews but had to share my Rogue experience. As a reluctant buyer after several "car payment free" years, I wanted all the latest safety features, great gas mileage, proven quality, AWD, and a sporty look. Nothing on the market was interesting me enough to warrant the payment. Then I saw the Rogue. Its Altima motor and Sentra platform, both rated above average, helped with the quality concerns with a new model (bought the ext warranty too). I browsed the online inventory of nearby Nissan dealers, chose a Rogue, took it for a drive, bought it and am loving every minute I drive it - its great! Online prep makes dealer part go much smoother and more quickly!

  • Very Nice - 2008 Nissan Rogue

The Rogue is a very attractive SUV we traded our 2005 Pathfinder in for the Rogue mainly for better gas mileage We have now owned our Rogue for about 3 weeks during this time we took it on a 800 mile road trip it seemed to perform and handle quite well we did notice that on rougher stretches of highway we had some vibration and rattling not what we were use to on the way to our destination we averaged about 22 MPG due to heavy winds part of the way and on the way home about 26.5 MPG not bad but I was hoping for a little better mileage.

  • Big Man in a Small SUV - Just Do It! - 2008 Nissan Rogue
    By -

We just returned from our second Rogue trip, This one from Nashville to Ft. Benning and back. I am 6 7" 265 lbs, not a small man by any measure and I love this vehicle. I read each and every review before purchasing and so far have not had one negative to think or say about the Rogue. The vehicle is so quiet on the inside that the Bose sound system is a true pleasure to listen to! Acceleration on the interstate was very very responsive, for a 4 cyl amazing! We averaged 27.5 MPG for both trips and find our around town MPG not much less. Bottom line if you are a big man and worried about the size of this small SUV, dont be, get in, and just do it, fun to drive - very fun!

  • DO NOT BUY A NISSAN - 2008 Nissan Rogue
    By -

I will never buy a Nissan again! I own a Nissan Rouge and my car stopped working while I was on the freeway while my daughters were in the car. I found out it was my transmission (CVT) but Nissan refused to replace it since I was 1,700 miles outside of the warranty. There was no indication there was even an issue or that I should take my car in; which would have saved me thousands of dollars, prevented being without a car for over a week, and putting me and my family in grave danger. It is extremely upsetting and disheartening that Nissan cares so little for their loyal customers.

  • LOVE my Rogue - 2008 Nissan Rogue

I have been driving a V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the last 6 years, and so far I love my Rogue. I was worried about a 4 cyl not having enough power, and this car has plenty of power passing, going up the mountains. So far I love my new Rogue!!

  • Excellent and fun to drive! - 2008 Nissan Rogue

The Rogue is a very fun to drive crossover SUV. Bose system. Smooth and refined. Good handling. Strong brakes. Swift 4 cylinder, the Rogue is faster than all 4cyl SUVs. Good fuel economy. Excellent build quality. Decent quality interior. Fat steering wheel with controls. Over 15,000 miles and absolutely no issues. Quiet. Its so smooth running, almost mimicking an electric motor.

  • Best Car in its Class - 2008 Nissan Rogue
    By -

After doing extensive research before I decided to purchase the Rogue, I found that the Rogue costs less, has more room, has a better engine, looks better, and has better fuel economy than other cars in its class such as the Honda CRV. After test driving both cars, it was very clear to me that the Rogue was much more superior than the CRV in almost every category you can think of. I am very happy with my purchase!
