After three years and 46,000 miles the van is still doing great inside and out. The Nissan Quest took quite a beating when it came on the scene in 2004 and in some instances rightfully so. However, our 2005 Quest has not missed a beat after three years of fairly heavy use. The van has had only normal maintenance nothing major, ever. Kids still absolutely love the van. Their friends still rate it a "10" and fight over who carpools in it. Four are still bugging their parents to buy a Quest because it is the "coolest van ever" or "the most technologically advanced van" they have ever been in. Van has held up exceptionally well.

Great Minivan, ride like an Automovil. Interior is very confortable and lot of Room, seats are great, love the spacious in the back with seat down.Engine very Responsive and Fast. Stereo sounds great with 8 speakers. Use regular Gasoline and getting 19.8 MPG. Price was 23,500.00 plus taxes, etc. Recommed High this new 2005 Quest 3.5S. Give the try.

  • Great Van with some glitches - 2005 Nissan Quest

The van has beaten all my expectations except that when it is really cold, the driver rear door will not slide open. When I take it to the dealer, nothing can be done unless he reproduces the problem. Bad Servicing Policy!

We traded in our 03 Honda Oddy for the Quest SL. The Nissan blows the Honda away. It is much nicer to drive and offers much more for the money. We liked our Honda, BUT WE LOVE OUR NISSAN!!!

Within a month of the purchase date, we had the van back into the dealer with a shaking problem when braking from extended driving periods. It was taken to the same dealer 4 times before it was finally diagnosed. It was not a safe feeling to be on an extended trip and wonder if you were going to make it home or not. Within a month of the last service visit, the driver sliding door began to rattle and squeak when driving over any type of bumps in the road. Then water began dripping through the sunglasses holder just above the rearview mirror. This was caused by improper sealing of the front windshield and they are having to replace the entire windshield. Bottom line...DONT BUY A QUEST!

We have waited for over three years to get the quest in a blue with lether int. and finaly they came out with one. It handles great and has all the room for us and the grnadchildren. They love the dual DVD and being able to see it from the second and third row seats with no fighting as to who will set by the DVD screen. I would recommend this minivan to everyone. It has a larger area for storage even with all seats up than any of the other vans its size, and we checked all of them before getting this one.

  • Best minivan of all. - 2005 Nissan Quest

At price of $21000, Quest is the best minivan available. Beside the stylish, the 2nd row can fold down. Unlike any other minivan. It also have power on both side sliding and rear. Great Minivan.

  • This van is a piece of junk - 2005 Nissan Quest

This van looks nice and thats about it. Our problems began at 4,000 miles and now were at 45,000 and the problems have not ended. The van is in the shop every 4-6 mos. Exhaust bracket broken several times, 3 sets of brakes, 2 sets of rotors, header pipe, parking brake assembly replaced x 2 and tightened x 4, catalytic converter replaced, battery x 2. Nissan has had terrible customer service, even at corporate office. Customer service is not their #1 if you have a problem, only when youre there for routine maintenance.

This van is huge. It has a lot amount of space for all seven people. then theres the problems. Fist two days after buying the van the service light went on. We take it to the dealership and the catalytic converter is bad. We leave for a ten hour trip the next day. They gave us a rental for a month! Then just couldnt fix the van. When we got it back it was making some weird noise. Take it to the shop, They cant here it. Thats only the start. This vans been in the shop over 13 times, in 9 months. The next problem is the cheap booty materials. The worst part is how low it is. We live in the boondocks and we always bottom out. Although it has a smooth ride when its not broke.
