  • Give Nissan Quest a break - 2004 Nissan Quest

From the first day I saw this car, Ive already fallen in love. So it wasnt that difficult for me not to choose Quest over Sienna. It is fun to drive and reliable. The seatings are comfortable and roomy. Quest design breaks from the norm. And probably because of this, Quest is losing market share to Sienna. Many buyers are wary of extreme design change. What they should do is to overlook that and look at the overall quality of the car. Two additonal selling point of Quest is the value and the safety over Sienna. Quest is 5 thousand cheaper than Sienna and it is less likel to rollover. Quest also has all the safety features as standard.

Saw the concept 2 years ago, just had to wait for the production model. Awesome, simply awesome, no other minivan comes close. The room is unbeliveable, the center pod and instrumentation make so much sense placed the way they are.My 3 kids just love this vehicle.Checked out Honda,Toyota and Mazda. The Quest is miles ahead of the competition. If your in the market for a minivan do yourself a favour and test drive the new Quest you wont be disapointed. Excellent, simply excellent, way to go Nissan.

This is the best Quest weve owned, The other two were great, we had a 1999, and a 2002; my wife who is disabled loved the ease of entry and drivability of the others, she had only driven four door Ford sedans prior to those two vans. She absolutely loves this one to the extent she does not want a new one as she used to do every 2 or 3 yrs. Oh I should probably mention that she started driving at the age of 48 14yrs ago.

I was set on buying a Honda Oddysey until I saw and drove the Quest. The second day I had it, I drove on a 3000 mile trip all the way to Baja ,Mexico. It was a pleasure on the road. All the features are too much to list. My wife wanted an SUV untill she drove the Quest and now she and the kids love it!

Knock on wood, I have had minimal problems compared to some of the other posts. The only problem has been with the sliding door mechanism Nissan recalled. So far, this has been an excellent car for our family of 5(3 children below 7. It rides great and has been very reliable. Also, Nissan (and Troncali Nissan in particular) has stepped up and provided excellent customer service and extended the warranty to 5 yrs/60,000 miles.

This is a dream vehicle. It is so loaded with features that all other vehicles I test drove pale in comparrison. It has absolutely everything and is worth twice as much!

  • THIS IS GREAT - 2004 Nissan Quest

Nissan really did it for me. Me and my family drove every mini van under the sun, some of them twice and we kept going back to the Quest. Now a few months later we couldnt be happier with are decision.

  • Rattle Trap - 2004 Nissan Quest

Compared to our2001 Expedition, it is much easier to get the children in and out of the vehicle. Power is good, gas mileage averages 17 MPG - not good. Ride is fine in the city. There is significant wind noise on highway at speeds above 65 mph - very annoying. One of the primary reasons for purchase was the ease of entry through the sliding doors.Car has been back to the dealership 6 times since 12/03 for rattling passenger doors. It is no minor rattle! It will drive you nuts. This is not the only rattle. Hit a small bump, the rest of the car rattles as well. This was our first Nissan, and it will be our last.
