Overview & Reviews
For 2005, the Armada receives active head restraints and seatbelt pre-tensioners for the first row, a unique wheel finish for SE models and metallic interior accent trim for all models. A power liftgate has been added to the SE Sunroof Package while a new RearView Monitor is now included in the Technology Package.
- Spacious interior, monster motor, lots of storage areas up front, fold-flat third-row seat, comfortable ride quality around town, solid tow rating.
- Leather seats not as comfortable as their cloth counterparts, dismal fuel mileage, cumbersome to park.

Just Plain Fun - 2005 Nissan Armada
By melman - September 26 - 12:23 amI have driven many suvs out there and the Armada is the smoothest for its size. With all the features that come with this truck, why pay for a Toyota Sequoia with little to no options? The mileage for city driving would be the issue I would have a complaint with.

Nice Truck!!!! - 2005 Nissan Armada
By tremblayt - September 8 - 4:50 pmThe 2005 Nissan Armada has enough power and feel to transport my family. I love the onboard navigation system and rear view camera. It has a smooth ride. My kids love the DVD system. I stepped up from a Pathfinder.

family man - 2005 Nissan Armada
By doc - August 26 - 5:56 pmTons of room, power, and excellent handling. I have 4 kids and have zero problems with loading and unloading. In addition, rode for 5 hours in a snowstorm without complaints from the kids, the wife, or problems with handling.

Love my Army... - 2005 Nissan Armada
By Ayespye - July 10 - 8:10 pmIve only had this beast for 2 months but its perhaps the best ride Ive ever owned. I got rid of my Volvo S80 in favor of the Armada...and the difference is astounding. The ride in my Armada is soooo much smoother, I was surprised. The room in the back seat is PHENOMENAL! The raw power at any speed over 15mph is a fun kick in the rear. Ive had it over 90 a couple of times and have never noticed the before mentioned "shake" in the steering wheel. Im not looking forward to replacing the tires when the day comes either.

First and Last Nissan - 2005 Nissan Armada
By No More Nissan - July 3 - 10:00 amI was advised not to purchase this vehicle, but bought one anyway. Big mistake. Has been back to dealership six times for repair. Brakes twice, both front windows, door latches, defective tire, and lots of rattles! Definitely doesnt like cold weather. Also, very dissapointed in Nissan, as they are not willing to stand behind their product. Only good thing is the look and the loads of room inside.

Awesome SUV - 2005 Nissan Armada
By Shellie - June 22 - 7:33 pmLook if you are worried about the price of gas dont even look at this suv. That is the only downfall I can find about this Fabulous Ride. Handles smooth, no noise, no rattles, feels sturdy and the best choice we have made in a purchase since learning how to drive 30 years ago. Been through 6 cars and suvs This is top of the line! I really wanted a TrailBlazer when we started our three months of research and shopping but the Amarda LE stole my heart. I think the $41200 was well spent. We have 25000 miles on this already and we have had it for 9 months. Nissan has found the problem with the rotors and are in the process of the recall and should be perfect after that.
