Overview & Reviews
Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.
- Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.
- Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

fun car - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Mon and Jim - July 31 - 10:00 amThe car is fun to drive, turns a lot of heads, and people who own other sport cars love to compete with the Nissan. Most everyone loves the car. My husband will sneak the car out of the garage and take it to work before I wake up!!!

350Z first timer - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Gito - July 19 - 10:00 amThe Z experience has been an adventure everyday. I love the feel of the car, the way it handles in every situation. I can say my major disappointment has been with the paint on the car. I have Pikes Peak White and have already had one repaint - damage done at delivery to me, and ready for a second due to rock pings going to metal. I have had to replace my tires and brakes because of poor quality. The engine is amazing. I hate the dealership that I purchased this car from ABC Nissan Phoenix, AZ. It will definitely deter me from buying another vehicle from them. A 2006 is a must have for me! Bad dealer/service department-- amazing car!

Great Car - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By San Diego Man - July 19 - 10:00 amDidnt realize driving could be so much fun. Previously drove an 2001 Acura CL, and was considering a 2005 Acura TL or a Honda S2000. Test drove the 350Z and was captivated. Constantly turns heads and turns my head every time I walk away from it. If you want sports car, this is the one.

Mom got a sports car - kids got a Rav4 - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Deborah Gray - July 8 - 5:16 amAfter driving the slow moving and top heavy Rav 4, I donated to my teenagers and bought out a lease on this lovely silver, gray 350Z Touring Coupe with every possible accessory including tiptronic automatic. It accelerates well, handles beautifully and looks great. Need to get a satellite radio installed and it will be perfect.

Everyone I see loves the Z - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By richinthenight - June 18 - 10:00 amIt is just about the perfect toy. I love it. My friends love it. It has the hottest look. I actually like it more than my previous SL500. My only real complaint is the door must be opened very wide to enter and exit; you cant get out unless there is a lot of room between you and the next car.

I Love my Car - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Michael Edgerly - June 7 - 10:00 amI honestly have to say that the Nissan 350Z has to be by far the best value for a car of its type. It performs wonderfully and gets a lot of attention where ever I go.

Great Fun in the Sun - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Charlie - May 29 - 12:31 pmLove this car. This is my third Z. I think it is the best. Only problem area is small -- the doors will not stay open. Replacing the door stops at a dealership cost $250. Update: got the door problem fixed at dealership. $250.

Road Noise a REAL PROBLEM! - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Zster - May 6 - 10:00 amI purchased my Z new in March of 2003. The dealership (Thopmson Nissan in Doylestown, PA) is the best in terms of service which is why I bought it there. The problem is inherent in the vehicle though. Ever since I bought it, I get so much excess road noise, from the car being inherently out of alignment, that its just not as fun to drive as I thought it would be. In fact thousands of Z owners have the same opinion who have 2003 year models.

What a CAR!!! - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Fast pilot. - April 5 - 10:00 amReally, this was a dificult desition for my to buy this car here in Mexico City, since the streets arenĀ“t very "smooth going".. This car handles, delivers power, and accelerate in a very impressive way. Although we have VERY bumpy roads, the shocks and every part of the suspension behaves INCREDIBLE. CONGRATULATIONS NISSAN..
