Overview & Reviews
Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.
- Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.
- Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

It is what I wanted - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Carnut - September 18 - 12:53 pmThe comfort, visibility and storage are all lacking. That said, its a sports car! I expected what I got and I love it. I have had mine a month and I still love it. It is very difficult to get in and out of. You need to be in good shape. It goes like a rocket, it is probably the hottest car I have owned.

350 Z Base Coupe Owners - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Charles M. Anoff - August 30 - 11:10 pm6-spd standard transmission. Handling excellent. Performance very good. Comfortable to drive. Replaced exhaust with twin Borla. Replaced speakers with after-market. Excellent sound. City driving can be somewhat punishing with standard suspension. Highway driving is a dream!

Good value - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By ZMan Charlotte - August 14 - 10:00 amI have owned my Z for a little over a year now, and am still glad I got the car. It is by far the best "sports car value" around. It looks great, is a joy to drive, and doesnt break the bank! Those people that complain of a cramped interior, or bumpy ride need to stick to a Lexus. For Petes sake, its a sports car- not a sedan!

Looks great...drives great... - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By lwebb - August 9 - 4:40 pmThis car has one of the best looks on the road...even in Miami Beach it turns heads. For the money, nothing comes close- a joy to drive with its muscular response and tight handling-it even growls like a true sports car. Ive had my 2004 for a year and a half without any problems- it still feels like a new car. Its a great value and truly fun to drive, even in rush hour traffic.

tight interior - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By demorambo - August 9 - 10:00 amfun to drive, gets attention on the road, but has no decent rear view, uncomfortable seating. Price was right but I should have test driven it more to determine it lacked interior space.

I Love My Z - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By JoAnns Z - August 9 - 10:00 amOnce I drove this awesome car and listened to the exhaust growl, I was in love and was not going home without my 350Z. I have such fun roaring down the turnpike and even greater fun showing those who challenge me just how bad my 350Z can be. I have owned some great cars, but this car is my favorite and driving it is almost as much fun as you know what... ha ha :o) I LOVE MY Z!

It is fun todrive. - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By tedpappas - June 27 - 10:00 amThe styling is a "show stopper".The ease of putting the top up or down is the best that I have had in owning 8 ragtops. The gearbox is responsive and gets me to the "head of the pack" when acceleration is is important.Cornering is very good ,but doesnt have the road holding ability that I experience in my Merces SL.. All in all it is the most fun that I have had to drive since owning a MGTC in 1947!
