Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.

• Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.

• Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

  I liked this hot new roadster so much I traded in my 2001 Corvette Z06. Yes a bit of a drop in horse power from the Vette. But lower payments, cheaper insurance, better gas, cheaper DMV,outstanding six disc CD player, and gret looks!!!

  fast, torquey, sharp handeling, chic magnet... all for 30k what more do you want from a sports car. This car does it call. Yes it has some quirks such as flimsy center console door, and window grease stains on window but all in all its still one of the best cars out there. keep up with boxter s while having an extra 25k in your pocket.

  Excellent sports car! The Z Rocks! Design/shift combo are exhilarating to watch and feel as I attentively look ahead for a corner...Had vettes and other muscle cars before, but this is the best! If I must pay the prices of todays auto market to commute to and fro, itll be in something that balances class, style, looks, performance, fuel economy and an incentive to get out of bed and go. The 350 Z delivers all that and more... MB > MC! Business minds understand!

  This car is rock solid !!! Power through every gear. The mystique of this car rivals the exotics. Many people are amazed when uit arrives. Many are suprised by the price once they learn of it. I have "played" with the spectrum of cars from Camaro SSs to Porche 911s. This car can spank most of them, and hang with the rest.

  I have been an avid sportbike rider for a long time and wasnt sure that I would have that much fun in a sports car. I was skeptical about making the purchase but have no regrets now that I own a 350Z. Sure it isnt a quick as a sportbike but it is just as much fun. Hopefully a twin turbo is in the making.

  From the exhaust note, to the slick shifter this car has it all. (As long as you have just one kid).. Even the fuel mileage is impressive with an average of 22.3 mpg and I drive this car pretty hard.
