Overview & Reviews
Enhancements for the 2005 Nissan 350Z include a standard tire-pressure monitor, heated outside mirrors and a driver-seat height adjuster for both front and rear portions of the bottom cushion. Clutch pedal effort has been reduced this year, and the five-speed automatic transmission now features downshift rev matching. The navigation system has a faster processor for improved route calculation times. A special 35th Anniversary edition includes 18-inch alloy wheels, Brembo brakes, front chin spoiler, rear spoiler, available two-tone leather seats and a choice of three exterior colors, including a new Ultra Yellow. A slight bump in horsepower is also part of the package.
- Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.
- Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

It is a Slice of Heaven! - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By Aquaman265 - December 16 - 8:13 pmAlways wanted a convertible living in Sunny South Florida. Did my homework and went out and purchased a 2004 350Z. For the money, you cant beat it. As a former Lexus owner, the ride is nowhere near as smooth as the IS300 I had, but in handling, braking, speed and performance the 350Z wins easily. I am 100% satisfied and look forward everyday to cruising topless around South Florida.

Great Car - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By Roger - December 12 - 7:46 amExtremely fun car. Always makes a bad day great! Compare to others on maket and the Z is without a doubt most polished for the price. Plenty of power, great features, and really clean looks, especially with top put away.

Stealthy Sports Car - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By exu2boy - November 25 - 12:10 pmThis throaty 350Z V6 burbles happily at idle, thrums at speed, and roars with excitement during acceleration, but without the *screaming* that the S2000 and RX-8 force the driver to endure. This is a sports car and its not designed for everybody. I had a back spasm for a week as my body adjusted to the tight seat and high window sill (where my elbow rests when I lazily cruise). The Z is a great highway commuter car; I get 27mpg on the highway cruising at 85mph. A quick downshift into 5th and I can pass anything with ease.

Worth Every Penny - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By aloha659 - November 17 - 1:16 pmFor 53 years I viewed a car as nothing but something to get me where I needed to go. That changed the minute I saw that Daytona Blue 350Z roadster in a parking lot and knew I had to have one. I love my car!! Its fast and flashy and makes me smile everytime I drive it. Life is too short to drive ugly cars!

the new Z - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By lou shap - November 12 - 6:40 pmThe Nissan 350Z roadster is by far the best value of any $40,000 sports car on the market. The ride, performance and styling are something that you would expect in a car that would be $55,000 plus. I would reccomend this car to anyone who can afford it.

So far so good - 2005 Nissan 350Z
By BD - October 25 - 5:50 amBought a black Roadster Enthusiast on 2/21 - so far so good. The fun factor is off the scale - I love the throaty growl when you put your put into the accelerator and the ride and handling is great. Interior comfort is good and we went without leather since were in Arizona. With the top up blind spots are severe but manageable. The trunk is acceptable - much better than the Crossfire we test drove. Wind noise is noticable, but you can have a conversation with the top up or down. I have a concern about the tire feathering and will keep an eye on that issue as we drive. Were expecting many, many years and tons of miles from this quality Nissan product.
